I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at your brand new location. As a loyal customer of the Chick-fil-A brand, I was excited to try out your new location, but unfortunately, my visit fell short of my expectations. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I was met with a long line of cars and a sense of chaos. Despite the large number of customers, I waited an inordinate amount of time for someone to take my order. It was clear that the staff didn’t care. What was even more concerning was the lack of teamwork and efficiency among the staff. It appeared that only one person was taking orders at a time, while the other employees were standing around under the heater, seemingly idle. This not only led to a significant delay in service but also created an uncomfortable and uninviting atmosphere for customers. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and quality from a brand like Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately, my experience at this location did not meet those expectations. With eight or more cars in the drive-thru, I was shocked that there was no attempt to multitask or prioritize orders to reduce wait times. It was clear that the staff was not adequately trained or equipped to handle the volume of customers. As a brand new location, I was expecting a high level of service and attention to detail. Instead, I was left feeling disappointed and disgusted. I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and take immediate action to address these issues. This is not the kind of experience that I have come to expect from Chick-fil-A, and I hope that you will do better in the future. Read moreThis is the worst CFA I have ever been too! I am a new resident in the area & like many of my neighbors I was extremely excited when it was announced that we would be getting a new CFA. I went on opening weekend during breakfast rush, unfortunately my order was completely wrong & in an effort to get it corrected I called back for about an hour and never received an answer. I decided to give grace, because I know that opening weekend at any franchise can be quite hectic. I waited a few weeks and went back during lunch on a Saturday afternoon, this time my order was correct but my food was nit very fresh. I went back in, too which the cashier was very apologetic, but the only resolve was giving me fries from the same batch. My last visit will be today, February 8,2025 . I placed a mobile order at 10:21 am . I do acknowledge that it was close to breakfast ending, however due to the app reassuring me nothing was able to be ordered except breakfast, I put in a breakfast order. My order went through with no issue , the app assured me that my order was being prepared & that it would be ready upon my arrival . My husband arrives and they explain they are”out” of hash browns . Why was this outage not notated on the app , when asked could it be subbed for another biscuit I was told the only thing I could get was fries. When asked for a refund (I used apple pay) I was told my physical card had to be present . Read moreFurious is an understatement! I woke up doing my normal routine. Getting my day started with Chick-fil-A. Get there right before the end of breakfast. Place my order get home to enjoy my breakfast and I open the box to a mess! I called and spoke with a manager who was rude and asked “ do you just wanna bring it back?” I wasn’t planning on spending my off day going back and forward to Chick-fil-A but yes, I’m heading back. I get there and speaks with the owner. After I sat there 20 mins! She looks at me and ask, “ is this how you got your food?”She tells me that breakfast was over she knew exactly who did this she offered me a 30 count nugget , I declined. I told her I just would like a refund because there was no accountability or accommodation for the inconvenience. I have 2 10 count chicken biscuit meals and one 20 count. My daughter kept her food due that it wasn’t as messed up as mine. This lady the owner refunded me 24.44. On top of the inconvenience and you guys messed up ! The total I paid was $47 why not just refund the entire order knowing that one of your local loyal customers are upset and dissatisfied due to your employees !
