Planet Smoothie — Restaurant in Georgia

On the date of order the store was only accepting online orders. I placed my order and returned we’ll within the time frame stated and my order was not prepared and the employees had no idea of what order I placed , the bowl was made immediately after they asked for verification of my order.

When I opened my bowl, a long string of hair was on top of the bowl. I immediately returned my bowl and refused for the order to be remade and requested a refund instead. The system was down and the employees had no idea on how to complete the return and needed to contact the manager who still was not able to provide with me with a refund. I have not had any follow up since my return and left my contact information for the manager to call but I have not been contacted to get the refund complete. I am hoping to hear back from the manager before I have to move forward with disputing the charge through my bank. I traveled from out of state and Planet Smoothie was on the only healthier eating options in the order and I chose to go there just because of that. It was my first and last time visiting.

Terrible service. First I watched four people who ordered after me walk in and out of this establishment with their purchase. I’m guessing what I ordered was complicated (I didn’t make any modifications to the smoothie) because the cashier came off of the register to make mine while the girl on the line skipped over my order and completed four orders. Then the girl proceeds to ask me if I wanted it thick or not thick. I told her I have never been asked that before and I get this exact order every time I go to PS which is multiple times per week. She continued to ask me that same question until I said I would prefer a refund to which she responded “Really?”. I wasn’t rude and she wasn’t rude but it was obvious that she wasn’t happy about my decision. I got my refund and went to the next closest PS and got my order without incident. Better...

Worst planet smoothie visit. Customer service was horrible. The young lady with braids was extremely rude. She didn’t greet me or family. I walked up to the register, and she still didn’t greet us. She walked away from the counter to run to back leaving a previous customer’s personal card information up. My sister was interested in getting a brownie. She told her, all of the desserts was nasty. She was also looking to try a ginger juice but it was sitting on top of the ice. My sister asked could she just get a cup of ice since the drink was really hot. The employee proceeded to tell her that ice was $1. Your employee caused your store to loose two sales all over a cup of ice. The manager was there as well and he did and said absolutely nothing.
