Waffle House — Restaurant in Fairburn

It was a horrible experience! There were more workers than customer at the time we had placed our order. So I that we will be able to get our food in time. I left my sister at the restaurant to wait on the order to go to Dunkin’ Donuts to get me some iced coffee. I came back and my sister was still waiting on the order which was fine then 15 till 20 minute pass still no order. Now customers are complaining. One customer was complaining in the dining area to the manager regarding the cashier attitude. The cashier was cussing and yelling in front of us the customer. Saying. “She didn’t give a F…k! The manager needs her cause they always call her in to work.” The manager continued to let her work and take orders. Now our ordered is still not ready. They had to ask us several times about our order. Now it is almost an hour due to the chaos! We had to check the order before leaving out because we was missing things. This is a great wafflehouse and I give it 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 because it has nice fun enviornment, atmosphere and people. Like Phoenix 🐐 and Fella the🐐 The RockStars🌟🌟 and Nicole the master Grill op )just whisper your order in their ear they'll have your order ready before the sales people take your order remeber don't forget to tip. We have Ms. Mary she not mean thats just her demeanor she's really nice. We have lou now she's a great sales person when it's time to work she works. Now we have Ms. Ingram the goat🐐 of the wafflehouse she been here 25years plus so yea she know what she's doing. We have (bri) 🐐Brianna she's just wonderful and great at what she does as a sales person that's why she makes all the shmoney. We have Ms. Anita🐐 she's a all around good sales person she get you order right the first time around. We have Ms.Tanzie🐐 just a savage a good one tho. This Waffle House is the worst experience we have ever had!! Christie was the most horrendous server. When we sat down, it took 15min to get a cup of coffee. Then she brought it and walked away and went to do something else but still had not brought our kids their drinks. I asked again for the kids drinks and she brought them in tiny orange juice cups. Weird, since we paid for regular drinks and meals. Then, once Christie took our order it took 40 minutes to get absolutely cold food. No one was calling out food orders like every other waffle house Ive ever been to. A worker was sitting at the bar doing nothing for over an hour while they turned patrons away saying there was no seating because of covid regulations. We never got refills. Our condiments were brought to the table one at a time (syrup,salt,ketchup) My daughter asked for the texas bacon (its 8:30am) and got a cheesesteak sandwich. I asked for bacon well done and it was floppy. Every single thing was wrong. I dont normally complain but this was probably the worst...
