RuChDa Wings - — Restaurant in Georgia

I do not understand what is going on there! The quality of food and service has declined tremendously!!! Last week I placed a pick up order, when my husband went to pick it up someone else purchased it! My husband said they don't pay attention to what's going on nor listen to your requests! On Tuesday, I placed an order with them for pick up. I entered the establishment to 2 employees behind the counter neither of them spoke, so my cousin and I waited until they finished helping the person in front of us. A older gentleman came in and both employees spoke! Ok, I wasn't offended b/c sometimes that happens when you're busy! I let the young lady know I was there for a pick up. I am a right below elbow amputee....the young lady stared at me so long that her other co worker had to snap her out of her trance! Lol! My cousin places a order as well, so we are sitting waiting on our food. As I look around the restaurant I noticed counters haven't been wiped, floors hadn't been swept in A LONG TIME!! If the floors hadn't been swept they surely hadn't been mopped! Then I looked in a corner it was a huge cockroach roaming around like it owned the place! This is just a warning to whom ever decides they want to step foot in that...

I wish I could give ZERO stars. The customer service here is horrible. When I checked my order, it looked correct. Two pieces of grilled fish with fried rice. Sadly, when I got all the way home and bit into it, I realized that they used the wrong seasoning. So I had to waste most of my lunch break driving back up there to get it corrected. They did not once apologize and the girl had an attitude when I asked them to fix it. I guess they were upset that they messed up because the new fish had way too much seasoning on it, and I could not even eat it. I asked for compensation at the restaurant, and I was simply told no without explanation. I called back later hoping a manager would be there, but I should have known it was a red flag when the person answered the phone said she could take down my concerns and pass them on. As I explained the situation, I realized that I was speaking with the exact same girl from earlier who still did not care. Needless to say, they will never get another dime from me. Do not waste your time and money with this...

This is the worst wing spot i ever been to. I live 3mins away from this Ruchda wing spot in Fairburn Ga. I am disappointed in myself for keep going back the last time I been here, I went through the exact same thing. Old cold dried up wing. The Best wing spot to go to is Cafe Corner Wings In Union City if you want Excellent Wing and you don't have to tell them to cook your wing fresh that's automatic. This Ruchda Spot you tell them to cook your wing fresh they say ok. Then give you wing I cannot chew because there so hard and dried up. I spend my money with your store and I can't get what I ordered. Tell me no you can't cook fresh wing to your customers so we can have the opportunity to go else were. The 10min drive to Cafe Corner Wings is worth it. Ruchda In Fairburn is the Worst wing spot I ever been to. I you care about Fresh cooked wings go somewhere else.
