Arby's — Restaurant in Union Township

I don’t think I have ever had a worse experience at a fast food place. There was two cars that were getting food and it took 25 minutes to get two beef and cheddars and two large fries. Then they gave me the wrong bag and I went through it all thinking it was mine, touching everything inside. So then they grab the right bag and give it to me and I see them handing the other car the same bag that I just dug through! Mind you I haven’t washed my hands in multiple hours and just got off of work… all the food I touched was contaminated and should have been remade. Absolutely disgusting! Plus let’s not forget to mention that the workers are doing drug deals in the parking lot and look high as hell (on the bad stuff) when taking orders. This place is a Zoo, STAY AWAY AT...

EDIT: I have been back a few times since posting this review, and have had much much better experiences. Staff is friendlier, and the food has always been fresh and correct! Husband and I went to order in the drive thru. The person on the speaker immediately had an incredibly rude tone. He didn't even finish asking for the combo before they interrupted asking for the size. So he gave them the size and tried to resume asking for light onion on the sandwhich, was interrupted again when they asked for the drink. Their tone was rude enough that I told my husband to cancel the order and we drove away. I had zero confidence that our food would be correct if they were that bothered by our order. The place is clean. The employees are nice and wait times are average. BUT the food is way below standard from what it was a few years ago. Fries are never warm enough. Chicken tenders have gotten much smaller and are always dried out. The chicken strips also always taste like old burnt grease like the grease isn't being changed enough. There is never enough meat put on the French Dip, it's basically all bread and cheese. The best thing this place has is the motz stix. It's not worth the money anymore. I ordered 3pc chicken tenders and look at what I got, tenders as small as the Motz stix. This is ridiculous, paying the same amount for less and less everytime.
