Long John Silver's | KFC — Restaurant in Union Township

Really annoyed with a situation. Received an email with a coupon for ljs. Went through the drive thru at the Amelia kfc/ljs and they refused to accept the coupon and said we're franchised but we're more kfc, you would have to use that coupon at a stand alone ljs. I said so the issue is that your not a participanting location? And was completely ignored before I drove away. I attempted to provide feedback on their website and it said that they couldn't accept feedback because the store number was invalid. Just really annoyed. I'm assuming that I spoke to a manager because the person that I ordered from was not the same person that told me I would have to go somewhere else. I specifically drove up to use the coupon then to have them not accept it and not have the decency to apologize or offer something different. Just sharing for anybody else that may go...

First I wanna say that this by FAR is the NASTIEST RESTAURANT I have ever eaten at upon entering the store I went to use the restroom I decided not too because the restroom smelled so bad it was filthy everything was cloudy look like it hasn't been cleaned since the building was built so I washed my hands an back to the lobby I went where I let the worker kno it needed a LOT of attention hoping he would tell management who was only a few steps away he said nothing to him about it so I spoke up it was ignored so as I order my meal I sit down to eat and instantly start observing the lobby it was a mess tables dirty chairs dirty nothing wiped even the employee door to get in the back looked sick so I threw away my meal an left my stomach was not hungry after seeing that much filth while trying to eat......I will NEVER eat...

This is the worst restaurant EVER!! Went in thru drive thru ordered 4 meals at 834 at night pulled around to the front at 838 said they was out of breasts biscuits and when they said they could substitute hush puppies for the biscuits we said no and they said we’ll get fresh biscuits in 15 min came out 20 min later with our food with hush puppies ( we said we did want) and continued to hand over these meals that looked so dry and old I took pictures!! Nasty just disgusting!! I paid 50$ for 4 meals that was not even edible!! So I just threw 50$ in-the TRASH!! I will NEVER GO BACK!! I will contact corporate And some how they will refund me!!!
