I'I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your establishment. I placed an online order and arrived at the designated pick-up time, but I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my order to be ready. During this time, no staff members acknowledged me or offered assistance.
Furthermore, when my order was finally ready, it was incorrect. The chicken tenders basket was missing the advertised toast. A staff member retrieved the toast from the back without wearing gloves, which is a health and safety concern.

I recently visited your establishment to pick up an order of two blizzards. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding when I received my order. I had misheard the staff member and thought he had said two cheeseburgers instead of blizzards. When he brought out the order, he displayed an unprofessional attitude and questioned if that was what I had ordered. This situation left me feeling quite upset.
In addition to this incident, I have noticed a group of young men, approximately in their mid-twenties, who frequent the establishment and engage in disrespectful and inappropriate behavior. They often sit outside and engage in conversations that are not suitable for a public setting. It appears that one of these individuals may be an employee, as I have seen him on multiple occasions, both during the day and at night.
I am concerned about the overall decline in the quality of service and the atmosphere at your establishment. It used to be a welcoming and friendly place, but it seems that things have changed for the worse. I would like to suggest that you take steps to address these issues and ensure that your customers have a positive experience when visiting your establishment.
I would also like to bring to your attention that the advertised toast is often not included with orders, which is misleading and disappointing to customers.
