Executive Business Brokers — Restaurant in Union

I am not one to write a negative review unless I feel very mistreated. I inquired regarding a business listing and when I called to speak to Paul , he was extremely rude. For starters he bad mouthed about the person who was selling the business and then when i was told they are no longer working with them I asked if I can get the location , a simple No I cannot disclose that would have been fine. But instead he rudely said “no I will not do that and you are just going to have to deal with that and accept that” I was so taken back by the aggressive tone. He then proceeded to say how the landlord is looking to rent to another business. I am a business owner myself and my family are also small business owners and never have I encountered such a rude , aggressive and condescending person in the field. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have used Executive Business brokers to purchase and most recently sell my laundromats. The broker I used to sell my laundromats was Doug Bodner. Frankly I have had mediocre experiences with brokers in the past. I found they didn't really have much to offer, so initially was going to try to use online services to sell my laundromats.

I had signed up with Executive Brokers to be alerted whenever laundromats were available for sale and in 2020 I got the opportunity to work with Doug and I must say he was exactly the representative I was looking for.
