Signaturz Sports Bar — Restaurant in Union

I went to Signaturz Friday night with two of my friends for happy hour, as the deals were pretty good. We ordered three strawberry margaritas which on the happy hour menu says it’s $8 ANY flavor. We got our bill and we were charged $11. When I spoke to the manager she was stating how she knew what the menu said, but for flavor margaritas it is $3 more. We weren’t made aware of that but whatever. We then ordered some sliders (which were good), and quesadillas for appetizers. The quesadillas were terrible and just had cheese in them. I only took a small bite out of it, and asked my server to take it off of the table and bill because we did not eat it. Our server chose to leave it on the table, so some guy (who we later found out was the busser) came and took it off of the table. When we get our bill we are getting accused of eating the food and the busser is now saying he didn’t pick it up off of our table. I would never lie about something like that. The manager told us our server would have had to take the quesadillas off of the table to get it taken off of the bill, but we TOLD her she could take it immediately . The server goes “it’s only $7.” Yes it’s ONLY $7, but you guys were screwing us over our entire stay. In the end, we did get it taken off after multiple complaints.

The boneless wings I purchased came with 8 and I only received 7. I told my server and said I’m not making a big deal out of it, but I would like to still let you know. Lastly, in the MIDDLE of us eating our appetizers the manager comes over to my table and says we would have to get up because there’s a party coming and they need our table. Here's my experience... 1st time going there was yesterday. I came across them due to the algorithm of my IG page. I looked at their page and made a decision to go check them out. Pros - Parking lot Music selection is nice Bathrooms are clean

Cons - Drinks could be better Food is made fresh but has no season, and quality selection could be better. Wait time was around 10 minutes before the bartender noticed I was there. Keep an eye on your check (bill). I ordered off Happy Hour (2) sliders for $6. The sliders are not made with fresh ground meat. It is like some kind of white castle patty with no seasoned. I ordered a fish basket, which included fries. I was brought back 3 pieces of whitings only. I was missing my fries. I told the bartender, and she apologize, my fries came out 10 minutes later. Of course, the fish was cold by now. At that point, I just asked for the check. On my check, I was charged $11 for (3) small pieces of whitings (no taste) $6 for an order of fries $6 for (2) silders (no taste) I'm not sure why I was charged $6 for a separate order of fries. When I know I order a fish basket that was supposed to come with fries. And why are fries 🍟 $6???

So first of all, I’m not the review type but I’m only leaving this because my good friends works there on Wed nights & they're sometimes affected by these issues. I’m a label signed singer/songwriter/producer & have worked in entertainment industry for over 12 years. The service here is absolutely atrocious! I’ve produced events in real high end venues where customers are spending 5-100K a night. Seriously. This is just a neighborhood hole in the wall spot in Union, NJ. Please explain why does the service staff act like they’re being inconvenienced or doing you a favor by taking your order? lol Like come on! They will also literally sit there doing NOTHING & not look up to acknowledge someone standing at the bar waiting to place an order. Listen, I’m a super chill person & conduct myself in a nonchalant manner. Also, my tab is usually on the "high" end because I like to bless the production crew with drinks, etc. so I know it’s not me. Security also acts like they own the place & dictate the flow of bar & kitchen orders. I hope ownership reads this because the moral and service at this place is waaaay off. I definitely will not be returning and encourage others also not to do so until we know...
