Haven't been to Hagie's in awhile, so stopped on our way back into town on a Sunday evening. Dining options seem to be limited after 3p on Sunday's in the area, but we were happy with our choice. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. The toasted rav's were good, but could use a nice sprinkle of parmesan to take them up a level. My husband ordered the Sunday dinner special BBQ pork steak, which was a bit overdone, as you can see, and dry. I think they should go with a thicker cut of pork, as it was in the thin side. His dinner salad was good sized and even had small florets of broccoli and cauliflower pieces. I ordered the steak sandwich which had great flavor and was easy to eat without a fork or knife. I would only suggest a more substantial bread option, like a hoagie roll, as the grilled sourdough wasn't really grilled enough and got soggy on the bottom pretty quick. Overall, the taste on everything was good and we'll be back.

A friend recommended this restaurant as the best pizza around. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the deluxe pizza I received. I ordered it on a Saturday night around 7 pm. It was ready when they said, and the waitress that waited on me was very cordial. The pizza to me didn't seem like the crust was fully cooked which made it on the doughy side. This resulted in a very upset stomach a few hours later, either from the under cooked pizza crust or the vegetables on top that tasted on the raw side. The pizza itself looked awesome, in fact it looked so good I reheated my left overs the next day hoping that my upset stomach was just a fluke. Unfortunately, the left overs also gave me another upset stomach. This place looks awesome and the food looks great. So, I'll try something else from the menu soon.

Waitress was great with our party and the kitchen was able to get our food done at the same time so we could eat together. All the food that I tried was really good, even as leftovers. The potato skins, sampler platter and salads were all worth getting. The salads actually had a decent amount of meat in them.

We had planned to go to a restaurant to have corned beef and cabbage for St Pats. The first place we were going closed at 1pm which we were not aware of. Googled other places serving corned beef and cabbage and this place came up. My husband and I both said well we will give a try. Arrive around 5pm. Seated ourselves. Waitress came over to take our drink orders and walked away. Came back with our drinks, husband asked about any specials and we were informed they ran out (thats all that was said) I then asked if I could still get the reuben and she went to check. Came back told me yes and walked away. Finally 10 minutes later another lady came to our table and asked to take our order. My husband tried to order the Beef Brisket but was told they were out of that as well. Husband went with the Pulled Pork instead. When the food finally arrived my husband received regular fries but had requested sweet potato fries. They did offer to make him some and finally did. Pulled pork came with no bbq sauce had to ask for it. The Reuben had alot to be desired as it was very dry and super thin pieces of corned beef not to mention there was no thousand island dressing on it. Finally got our bill as we were just ready to go. Service was not good they were more focused on the two large tables of people than anyone else. We tried it not a fan won't go back. If you are not a regular then you get...

The food was delicious and the price was perfect for the value and items ordered. However, I'm giving an overall of 3/5 stars based upon the customer service experience. My waitress Wendy seemed to be very unhappy. Her attention and listening skills could use work. In addition to her having a seemingly annoyed tone and attitude. Now I get it, people have bad days. I asked a simple question about what they had on draft, if they're running any weekend specials. And the sizes they served on draft. She proceeded to inform me of their specials on Thursday, that's great šŸ˜ƒšŸ‘ but today is Saturday, after her confusion and finally arriving at the fact that your drafts are simply one size approximately 12 oz, I ordered 2. No big deal. Again the food was good. Yes, the fries and onion rings are probably cooked first so served with the burger so they weren't hot that I can ignore, but the attitude along with the overall lack of attention or listening... That's one thing. But then a group of customers were seated, one being an older gentleman. Starting with appetizers he had requested an 8 pc of wings BBQ, this gentleman spoke slower the waitress got frustrated, cut him off, said she couldn't understand him, and then made him start again?! šŸ˜ž What's going...
