Hotdog Man — Restaurant in Union

After moving to the area I couldn't wait to bring my family here. We went on a Friday afternoon and while the man working was super friendly the dogs were disappointing. We ordered 5 dogs, all different and fries. The bill was over $50, so the expectation was these would be better than average hot dogs! Sadly they were not. 2 of ours had so much sauce the buns were completely drenched and dripped into pieces making them impossible to hold. There was a fly in one of the fry bags too. The Star is for the service... The hot dog man himself seemed cool, the overall experience was not.update The response to my honest review is "hey, complain to Nathan's". I'm guessing Nathan's might have a hard time explaining why you served a fly with your fries or why you chose to drench their dogs to the point the bun was the consistency of bread that floats in onion soup. Whoever responded to the review didn't read it. I went there on the recommendation of several people I respect. I know you have fans and I went there hoping to be one. I'm not reviewing their experience, I'm reviewing mine. It was embarrassing and so was your response here. No one is perfect, and it's surprising a successful business is unable to transform honest criticism...

Finally had the chance to go to the hotdog man && it was great! I had The Gratza and it was unique and so good! The hotdog man was very friendly too, he had a smile on his face the whole time. My order consisted of The Gratza and a Lamb and Cheese. In total, the order was $13. This place has also broken the world record for largest hot dog cart. I definitely recommend you eat your food immediately tho. I took the lamb and cheese home (about an hour away) so it had time to cool down and get a little soggy. The Gratza I ate immediately. I'm sure the lamb and cheese would've been better freshly made. It was still good, just not as good as it could've been fresh. The Gratza had an amazing all beef hot dog and the hot dog man put so much attention to details such as grilling the bun. I'd definitely say the amount is good for what you pay. The lamb and cheese had four slices of meet and four slices of cheese and the Gratza was loaded with toppings. I'll definitely be back to try more menu items! I do have to know... What's in that giant...

Today was my first visit to the god of food. my sister and mother talked very highly about him and his food, so my expectations were high. when I saw the prices I freaked out a little bit because it’s expensive like extremely expensive. I thought it would be food truck prices and food truck quality but my god was his food good. for 15 dollars I got a 3/4 pound burger And the best eating experience of my life, I can’t explain how good it was. I am a very fast eater and can eat a lot of food, this is the first piece of food that I didn’t gulp down as fast as I could, because I felt like I was in heaven eating it, and it would be a sin to eat it normally because it was not normal. I have no regrets about spending that much money and would honestly pay more for it because it was the best experience...
