I visited this Jersey Mike's location some time ago and encountered a deeply disappointing situation. I approached the counter and politely inquired if they could customize my tuna sandwich. However, despite the staff's explanation that such modifications were "against corporate policy," what truly stood out was the notably negative attitude displayed by certain team members towards both me and my mother.
Upon entering, my attention was drawn to the team behind the counter. I couldn't help but notice the dynamics among them. The woman and a tall individual with glasses, who occupied the position second to the left, stood out as particularly unwelcoming. Their facial expressions and demeanor suggested a marked lack of professionalism and customer service.
What added to the unpleasant experience was my request to have the sandwich toasted. I was informed that it was against "corporate policy" to toast a cold sandwich. While I understand policies, the manner in which this information was conveyed, coupled with the negative attitudes of the staff, only intensified the overall discomfort of the encounter.
The specific moment that left me disheartened occurred when the tall guy with glasses, positioned second to the left behind the counter, looked at prior customers with what appeared to be friendliness. However, when it came to serving us, his expression turned into a frown. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also led me to question if there was a racial motivation behind the negative treatment.
Regrettably, this experience has left a lasting impression, and I have decided not to return to this particular Jersey Mike's location. The lack of courtesy and professionalism from the staff, particularly the individual in the second-to-left position, is not reflective of the standards I expect from a dining...

Read moreI have been to this location twice, and on both occasions, the customer service was quite disappointing to put it mildly. The young lady who works there (same one both visits) dark hair. has an extremely unpleasant demeanor. Never has a smile on her face, and has a miserable attitude and disposition. On the first visit, I dismissed it, figuring anyone can have a bad day, the second visit which was my last visit, same nasty attitude. I also went one time during the evening hours at 8pm, and the young man at the register, appeared to be ready to go home. When I proceeded to place an order, (which by the way was one sandwich, regular size) He said that they were basically out of everything. Sure, it is possible to run out of things, I guess.. however, since he looked like he didn't want to be at work anyway, I am not so sure. He said he could only offer a mini sandwich at that time. NEVER AGAIN. To the manager, find a staff with a better attitude. There however was one young man sweeping the floor, pleasant and personable both times, take an example...
