Smashburger — Restaurant in Union

Food is good but the customer service really spoils the experience. THE WORST IVE EVER SEEN! First off the staff there looks really miserable. They are always upset with each other especially in the back kitchen. When I went to go pick up my food that was on a rack the lady asked what my name was and it seem like she was having trouble getting the bag to push it my side and my girlfriend tried to help her pull it towards us and she started yelling at us that we cannot touch the bag. 1. It’s my fricking food that I paid for. 2. You look like u needed help getting the bag off the rack since. Your having trouble.3 I’ve never seen you here so you must be new all students are use to just taking their food off the shelf so it must be a new rule. 4 if you don’t want people to touch the bags even when u need help then put a sign there so we know. Us college students go though enough stress already no need for ur negative attitude. REMEMBER you work in a university service students and other visitors. I went there today, waited thirty minutes for my order. The cashier was very hostile and emotional, as well as very sassy. I asked what was the estimated time for my order to be completed, it appeared she didn’t comprehend that question and started to huff and puff . She gave special treatments to the girl next to me and was chatting away with a woman across the room. There were completed orders in which she would call out the names in a low tone. I couldn’t understand what she was saying. Once my order was completed, the cashier person in a sarcastic and loud tone said “thank you”… I think this individual needs to speak with someone. If Someone’s asking you what is the estimated time, it shouldn’t be that upsetting however it seems like she’s burnout. I can't wait till I go back to Jersey it's the 2nd best Burger I've EVER eaten. I ate the BBQ Bacon cheese Burger (although I changed the cheese) with sweet potato smashfries which I insist you try whether they're sweet potato or regular french fries.
