During my visit, I experience good customer service; an employee is very patient helping me navigate Vegan options (especially considering I ask about so many ingredientsāI'm grateful). The pizza is in the form of a flatbread (which is a decent amount of crunchy soft) with Vegan Cheese (the goo drip š!), JalapeƱo Peppers, Baby Half Tomatoes, Pineapples, Mushrooms, Arugula, Vegan Garlic Butter Sauce, Vegan Sausage, and Bing/Bean (not the Vegan BBQ, spelling might be inaccurate???) sauce as toppings. I like the way all the ingredients taste TOGETHER as a flatbread pizza. This is a filling tasty fairly-high protein Vegan lunch! Dining in, I feel as though &pizza is an establishment that needs to be in a higher space like a large fancy building with a lot of employee traffic from other businessesānot on the ground. The interior design is so futuristic it feels like a living pre-concept, I'll find no surprise if the establishment has furniture that recharges electronic devices (or does more) soon. Additionally, I don't have a child/children yet though I have no problem sighting anything for children like baby seats and/or the changing area in the unisex restroom(s). Horrible quality. NEVER ever ready when we pick up. Not ever. Seriously. Either they haven't made it or they "must've given it away to the wrong person." I placed an order for two pizzas from the store in Union, NJ last night. This is the last order I will ever place with this store. Only one of the pizzas (#2 of 2, according to the sticker on the box) was there. They said they must've given #1 of 2 away to someone else. This happens to be the SAME excuse they gave me the last time I ordered and only one pizza was available. It is SO EXCESSIVELY LOUD that you honestly have to shout at each other! They're playing wildly inappropriate and very loud music.
I do NOT want a coupon for future purchase (which is their standard procedure). I will not be making future purchases. This store in Union, NJ is a very, very poor representation of the company. It's horrible for the &pizza reputation. I highly recommend someone from corporate investigate the behavior and service in this location. It's horrendous.

But, there was a complete break down of everything during my visit. I ordered and paid online at 7p and set it to be picked up at 7:30p. I was late and came at 8p. I am still unsure if they had lost my ticket, not started on my order, gave my order to someone else, and/or my pizza sat too long and they threw it away. All I know is that my order had to be retaken at about 8:30p and then remade. I didn't get my pizzas till 9p. Besides that, you could hear the workers argue with each other and be stern with customers who had been waiting similarly. They also did not have the full menu/did not know what were one of the items I ordered were, so I had to order something different. Which would be fine if that was the only issue, but it wasn't. They did allow us a free drink, which is nice, but does not make up for the other issues. The pizza itself was fine when I finally did eat it. I just wish the experience getting it was better.
