Fox's Pizza, Subs & More — Restaurant in Uniontown

When calling our local Fox Pizza in McClellandtown, I ordered a Big Daddy so it would be ready for pick up on my way home from work. 20 minutes later, I arrive at the store which is NO LONGER Fox Pizza. Guy says, "They closed. If you called the old number, I think they are forwarding those calls to Uniontown."

I then call the Uniontown store (which I passed 20 minutes earlier in my way home) to find out where my pizza is. Guy says, "It's here. In Uniontown. Our McClellandtown store is closed." I explained that I was not told this. He said, "We only tell people who are picking up." We'll I WAS picking up! No one told me.

I drive the 20 minutes back to Uniontown to get a cold pizza. He said they just took it out, but it was obviously cold. I asked what they were going to do about this major inconvenience. Nothing. He said nothing.

By the way there were two phones on the counter. One for the Uniontown Store and one for McClellandtown. I explained they should forward the calls to one number with a recording initially to alert customers of the change.

A friend of mine ordered a large pizza last week and it looked like someone had dropped it. All the cheese and toppings had slid to one corner of the box.

Poor management. Food quality is taking a downhill slide faster than those pizza toppings!

Today I placed an order they came to 36. 89 I tip the driver $5 which brought it to 41.89 the driver brought my food and handed me a receipt then I got the notification from my bank about my food purchase like always I checked the transaction to make sure I was charged the right price sure enough I was charged $50 instead of 41.89 I then call to go over this with a manager the manager was so disrespectful and unprofessional he told me it was my bank so I called my bank my bank tells me there's no fee they charged so I call Fox's back and explain to them with the bank had instructed me to do he proceeded to tell me that my bank was messed up they didn't charge me anything when clearly you can see my transaction history and look at the receipt and see I was charged $8.11 extra I just wonder how many people don't look at their transactions how many people have been ripped off and charged more I do not recommend using a credit card to place an order here use cash that way you don't have to go through the process of disputing it with your bank so sad because we always order from here this is our favorite pizza this is actually the third time we've ordered this week they clearly have a...

This was the worst place I have EVER ordered. Now that's saying allot. Ordered fries for 9.00.. got 9 small fries. The order of onion rings.. we got 3!!!!!! Ordered wings. Got the wrong ones, only got 5 "wings" that looked like popcorn chicken. Plus it was SO COLD THAT THE MIDDLE WAS FREEZING. Ordered for one of my dgts w a food allergy and instead of taking off what I asked they put more on!!!!! So seriously was over 60$ in food that all fit into ONE personal pan pizza box. So I called thinking that I may have gotten the wrong order. Well after waiting on hold forever. The guy said "idk what to tell you. Our manager just walked out and no ones here." Wow!!!!! Just moved and this was going to be our new go to place considering dominoes is further away now. But I truly think I'd rather drive after doubling then waste my time and $ here.
