Not a pleasant experience. Ive gotten take out from here before and there was hair in my food. It got taken care of and we moved on. We went back and this happenes not once but TWICE. The staff sat us RIGHT next to the salad bar and the staff began cleaning it out. I kid you not they scooped out buckets and buckets of ice. Ive never realized how annoying and absolutely obnoxious this can get. They were scooping for probably 10 minutes straight. We are pretty patient individuals but trying to talk to eachother after traveling 6+ hours away while someone is scooping buckets and buckets of ice was absolutely irritating. So, then we go to leave because not only was the ice irritating but I have a toddler. We went to go pay and explained that our toddler was getting anxious and the staff member rolled her eyes and told us that only our server can check us out. I apologized and told her that last time we came it was different. She then stated "yeah, well its been like that awhile" then she asked who our server was (have no idea what her name was) and she rolled her eyes again and told us to go sit back at our table. We had to bring our dessert to the front to get a box. Another huge negative was after traveling we had to use the restroom and there was a sign stating it was being cleaned. Well, I waited and came back like literLly 2-5 minutes and the toilets were absolutely disgusting. There was poop stains in the bottom of the toilet and stuff all around the toilet itself and there was pee on the other one. If thats how they clean I can only imagine their kitchen. I was highly disappointed. We will not be returning. This place is not concerned about their customers or...

Our waitress was fantastic!!! I wouldn’t write a review at all if it wasn’t for an experience with another waitress. I will start off by saying that once I saw relatives at a table right near ours and informed my dad I was looking to get their attention. When the waitress came to their table for drink orders, they said they were ready to order. She was annoyed by this, rolled her eyes and stated stop I need to find my pen. My Dad then approached. The waitress, Dani, was taking the order but he stood and waited to talk while she was getting it. Unfortunately, the people got a little distracted so instead of saying I’m sorry or excuse me. She very tersely told my father that he needed to stop distracting her patrons so that she could get the order and that he needed to leave. At first we all thought she was joking, so we laughed a little. But no she was serious. She informed my dad that she was busy and she had two other tables she needed to get to so she couldn’t be wasting time essentially but in a much more rude way. At that moment, both my dad and I stated to her that she was being very rude and could’ve handled the situation differently. She never apologized or even acknowledged us. Probably cause her tip wasn’t from us. I can assure you if I ever go back to this location or any family or friends do. If Dani is our waitress, we will walk out. I get it people have bad days but you work in customer service...

My husband and I visited last night with our children. It took quite a while to be seated which we expected because we have a large family. Once seated, we just sat there. Our kids got some items from the salad bar and I even had a bowl of soup. The kids used spoons from the salad bar to eat because we had no silverware and no one bothered to come to our table to greet us. When someone did come over, she informed us that no one told her this was her table. She returned without enough water for everyone. And it went downhill from there. Never cleared anything from the table until I asked her to. Only myself, my husband and two of our kids ordered food from the menu-we sat there for 45 minutes before it was brought out. By that point, the kids were finished eating and restless. Because the waitress was so inattentive, we had to flag down a passing hostess to ask for boxes and our check(we didn't eat anything we ordered because it was almost bedtime and we needed to get home.) Worse yet, we never saw the waitress again. The hostess brought us boxes AND the hostess brought the bill to our table. Unbelievable. The food ended up in the trash once we got home (it wasn't something that would reheat well.) A lot of money wasted. I understand being busy but the ability to handle a busy night and do so with a graceful attitude is...

My wife and I took her mother out to Eat'n Park earlier this evening after traveling back from Ligonier. The place was reasonably crowded due to our 6:30 arrival and we didnt mind waiting the 30 minutes to be seated. It was loud (again, there was plenty of people there), the service was certainly lacking. Clearly they are understaffed, our server was busy the entire time. This is not a scenario where we witnessed staff standing around, everyone was VERY BUSY doing their part. They NEED MORE HELP - this is an honest review‼️ *The pot roast was good! *Beef hamburger tasted very good! *Much smaller portions than I would expect given the prices. *My wife got physically sick after a couple bites of the potato soup, we believe it was cross contaminated with seafood to which she is allergic. *Original Super Burger -small thin patties, little toppings, underwhelming at best. I do not recommend this establishment

My wife's childhood favorite. Don't have these in our state so we had to go while in Pennsylvania. Food was good. Our server was excellent. Unfortunately the kitchen staff may not be. My wife ordered blueberry pancakes. Our server brought regular pancakes and immediately acknowledged the order was incorrect. She offered to have them remade. My wife was reluctant to inconvenience anyone, but had her heart set on blueberry pancakes so to please have them remade. Our server was kind and apologetic and placed the order again. When they came there was more blueberry than pancake. It was a sloppy purple mess. After eating the pancakes and enough blueberries to satisfy her craving for some time she was left with the pile in the picture. At best, the kitchen was careless. At worst, they were unhappy with having to fix their mistake. Either way, not acceptable.

Hmmm where to start, well we got here they were a little busy not too bad, got to our seats and in about 10mins we got our drink order in and our food order at the same time. We got our drinks waited about an hour to get our kids order and 10 more mins to get our two adults. Once I received mine the bowl was hot, but the chicken in the dish was very cold as was the posta and sausage. The garlic bread was super soggy and was unable to finish eating the dish. We sat with empty drinks for probably 35mins. The waitress offered to give us two free desserts, knowing how bad they whole experience was with out even complaining. Unfortunately they were out of stock of the pie we ordered. Needless to say it was the worst experience at a Eat'n park. Food was not good and service was just as bad. Would never recommend this location.
