KFC — Restaurant in Unity Township

Thursday sept 14, 2023 Ordered the 30 dollar fill up with tenders.. did not receive any sauces, second time happening.. called the store a little mad.. got hung up on.. called corporate.. would not refund money because their position is the sauce is complimentary.. and you actually aren’t paying for them when you order.. which is the stupidest excuse I ever had.. receipt says I ordered my food a particular way.. that was with sauce.. and I had no idea .. you might get them… you might not.. receipt says the 4 sauces.. so it creates expectations.. that Kentucky fried chicken believes it does not have to satisfy.. maybe it’s time for them to either hire employees that care about the customers orders in detail..stop the app from asking what sauces you want.. or when you make a mistake.. own up to it.. and deliver on customer expectations.. I like everyone else .. like my tenders in sauce.....

If this place would consistently have products to sell and not "run out" i would probably give this a higher star maybe even a 4 star, but how can you keep your store front going when your manager isn't ordering enough product. 🤔 it gets better when they substitute products out for others, for example if they don't have any of one dessert let's say for example: a lemon cake,,, then they will give you a chocolate cake instead, 😉 maybe placing a larger order for your stock would ensure you're able to keep product available for purchase. Sounds like the manager here needs replaced or retrained on how to stock food, 🤷‍♂️ maybe I shouldn't order online or use the app if they can't keep things in stock 😅 i guess that's my fault for not calling into the store to confirm they had what I was looking for 🤣...

I’m highly upset the last time I ordered chicken nuggets from KFC. They were great this time. I don’t know who the bubblehead was that filled the box but she gave me we tiny little pieces and counted that as 12. Apparently you don’t know how to count or apparently you don’t know your job. The side that came with it yes I got the rest of the stuff I didn’t get!!! I can see why this place changes so many times before they had gentlemen that worked in there they were fabulous. This crew that they have now are awful. I don’t know who the manager is. He needs to get his “workers” In line and tell me something that Sweet smile of that girl that was at the cash register with no teeth I’m sure everybody would love to eat in that place first and last time we’re done with...
