I went and got the new sonic snow, and at the register I paid for the sonic cup and spoon as well, unfortunately I only received the spoon, and my Sonic snow was only the Sonic flavoring. I did notice on the ticket it just said Sonic snow flavor, but that is not what I told the cashier. My boyfriend was behind me and ordered second and he got the shadow snow, but they charged him correctly because it was a different employee checking him out. This was a very disappointing experience. Something else I noticed while I waited on my snow is that the employees are not friendly to customers when they come in for a pickup order, they also seemed to have made two extra snows that no one in the building ordered(they sat there for the entire 40 minutes I was there). Also a couple who sat in front of me ordered the exact same things my boyfriend and I ordered and they made their snow correctly. I do not recommend this location if you want a good Bahama bucks experience. I won’t be returning to this location. ( I also did not take photos at the time because I was disappointed, if I was happy I would’ve taken photos excitedly) other than the complaint, the blue sonic flavor is good, but in sure it would’ve been better with the red sour...
Read moreAside from having annoying drive thru times, this locations is normally pretty fine when you do get your order. I decided to go Sunday night around 8:40ish. I looked up their store hours on Google and it said 10pm was closing. I go again waiting until 9:16 to get through the drive thru to order. When I get to order I'm told their closed. They say they close at 9. I'm disappointed, but maybe Google hasn't updated the stores hours or something. I look it up on their official website and it also says 10pm. So I call. I ask what time they close they said 9. I tell them "on your website it says 10" I get a response with a surprising amount of attitude "well its 9" no further explanation or apologies. Every location I have lived next to has done this closing an hour early with no notice. I'm just surprised that this location had finally given me a bad employee experience. Good product, but poor management in my experiences. Wish I could recommend this place. I really enjoy it, but not worth the wait nor the hassle it is to deal with its young employees. Went through the drive thru on April 17. My daughter wanted a SMALL Pina Colada. The sign said $4.69 - which is too much for a cup of flavored SNOW. Got up to the window and was given a price of $5.68! (Basically a buck more). The reason "well our prices went up, they haven't changed the sign yet".
Now I don't expect too many high school girls to know the Ins and outs of marketing, "bait & switch", false and misleading advertising, and honoring the POSTED price... But I'll bet the FTC and state and local regulatory agencies do, and their manager will hear about it soon when complaints are filed and it rolls down hill (with the appropriate descriptions and proof of the misleading practice) as accurately plastered on social media.
$5.68 before tax for a small cup of snow?? WAAAY too much! Enjoy it tonight. I've spent my last DIME at your establishment... Not another...
