Unfortunately, what I thought would be a good experience, didn't happen. I initially took a wedding cake knife set and two champagne flutes to be engraved. Wrote down what I wanted on a piece of paper, spoke the the gentlemen for a while then paid and left. I currently do sandblasting and engraving but unfortunately my engraver needs repair so had to have someone else do my job. BIG MISTAKE! Since they have been around for a long time, I assumed they knew what they were doing. When I picked up my items, I did not look them over as I was late for work. I simply told them, if they're not to my liking, what can I do now, they're already engraved. I was seriously joking as I expected them to be correct. Unfortunately, the wording on the cake knife set was not engraved in the same direction. One was engraved towards the left and the other towards the right. I called, expecting some sort of apology and offer to at least correct their mistake. Nope, didn't happen. He said if you bring another set in I will engrave it. That's it! That's all that was offered. I don't even know if he meant he will engrave it for free as that was never mentioned. I take some of the responsibility as I didn't check the items BUT they really should know what they're doing. I gave him some advice and could tell he didn't like it but seriously needed. Will he take it? Probably not. However, he should! I owned and operated a small engraving business years ago and I would NEVER allow a customer to be responsible for a mistake that I clearly made. Mistakes happen, I get it. But what I don't get is when a company fails to correct their mistake. He could've offered to buy another set and engrave it for free or at the least go in half with me since I didn't check it when I picked it up. The wedding is next Friday so I told him I guess I need to keep the set off of the cake table until it's time to cut the cake. Once again he said nothing. Not even an apology. So instead, I decided that I'm going to show EVERYONE what type of service I got and make sure everyone knows the company name. I will make sure the photographers take pictures of it and post the pictures on social media. Just like him, I...
Read morePrices are good but customer concern is poor. Bottom line: they don’t follow what you put down on order form. First time I went to get shadow box, they had dates wrong. Second time, they capitalized the word “Country”, when I specifically had it lower case. After fixing it and returning a third time, I asked, did not tell them, about items being off centered. The owner got irate and proceeded to say,” Around here, we capitalize the word country. “ I guess after 20 years of military service, I am disrespectful...

This company needs to reevaluate who welcomes new customers to their business. I am pretty sure I am not the only one she...
