If you come to the this restaurant make sure you are specific with what you order. Our waitress was not knowledgeable about the menu or flavors at the restaurant she works in, and when I had questions about the the final price of the items the old lady wearing the headset was quick to jump in and make comments like “but did you finish it?”. I was asked if I knew how much avocado costs and the lady asked me why if the side of guac I was given was so big I finished it. Sides have different sizes but it was very hard for her to understand. It was our first time there so I had no way of knowing what portions they use. In addition while trying to pay and leave the old lady said she could call the police if I didn't want to pay, all while I had my card in hand to pay. I think this could have been handled very differently but the old lady was quick to make stupid remarks and if she had listened to my concern I would have not argued any further. Other than that I don’t have anything positive to say about the staff or the food. If you want to be treated better I recommend you look...
Read moreSadly, I will not be going back again. I wasn't feeling well so decided to just pick up a 32oz cup of refried beans, a dozen tortillas and a small salsa. (Almost $20) I get home and grab the bag and whoever packed it didn't do a good job of closing the salsa or beans. The salsa had spilled all over the inside of the paper bag so when I picked it up it went EVERYWHERE. Beans fell and popped open so it spilled everywhere on the floor. I had salsa dripping down my leg. So I drove back and showed the young man at the drive-thru and he apologized and said he'd remake the order. The more I looked around the more upset I became. I started crying. Then I could hear talking about the order but couldn't tell what was being said. Well the owner came over and quickly peered into my car as to making sure I was telling the truth. She handed me the bag and said here and closed the window. (No sorry, no nothing) Me and my family have been going there atleast twice a week. I couldn't believe the way she treated me. I spent $20 on beans and tortillas and she acted as if it was steak and shrimp. Me and my family will be going down the street to Benny's Tacos...
