Taco Bell — Restaurant in University City

Going through the drive-thru at this particular store is awful. The young "boys” often mess up the orders or short change you. They're always rushing you to place your order and before you can finish ordering they're quoting the total. Tonight, I was told to let the driver speak because he couldn't hear me. I was trying to add something else but he rushed us through the order. At the window, I asked could I add something else to my order, he said they can't do that but I could go back around and order it. After my order was given to me, I had to ask for a straw. I didn't receive my receipt, any sauce, or my change back. I was a passenger in the car and there was another car behind us waiting. They're very unprofessional and this Taco Bell seems to be going down the drain after 8 pm. They always have the lights on the lot off to make it look as if the store is closed when it says the store closes at 12 pm. The inside is always closed early also. This location has been the worst location I’ve ever visited. The staff was very disrespectful and the on duty manger/supervisor was just as rude. There was a Caucasian drive thru attendant that kept apologizing on the behalf of her coworkers. They had the audacity to complain about having 10min on the window timer but messed up the order which prolonged the wait. As an essential law enforcement worker I felt unappreciated and disrespected from the time I arrived to place my order. I will not recommend anyone go to this location especially if you’re essential hardworking staff like myself during this Covid-19 time. Corporate needs to be contacted and make management along with their workers take proper work ethic skill courses. A car was on fire in the parking lot. Six police cars and a fire truck came to put it out. Then I ordered in the drive through at 8:30 PM with four cars (including the one at the window) in front of me. I didn't get my food until 8:54 PM. Then when I opened it, the taco supreme I ordered (correct on the receipt) was a regular taco. They employees inside were dancing around and not paying attention. Lastly, they didn't even acknowledge the extreme tardiness of the order, make eye contact, or show any sense of basic manners. This is the fifth time I've had a disappointing experience here (I live four blocks away) and I have finally had enough.
