THE GIRL AT THE CASHIER WAS HOSTILE ,CONDESCENDING,UNKNOWLEDEABLE OF A SPECIFIC SINGLE PRODUCT,I ASKED A SIMPLE QUESTION AND THE ANSWER I GOT WAS NEGATIVE WITH A I DONT KNOW..I DONT CARE ..FIND OUT YOURSELF TYPE OF ATTITUDE..IF SHE WOULD HAVE GAVE ME A BETTER ANSWER. .I WOULD HAVE STAYED LONGER AND EVENTUALLY BOUGHT SOMETHING..THIS IS NOT WHITE CASTLE OR MCDONALDS..HERE IS MY SUGGESTION TO HER:WHEN THERE IS DOWNTIME,TRY TO LEARN AS MUCH ABOUT YOUR STORE AND PRODUCT!LEARN PEOPLE SKILLS,SOCIAL SKILLS,CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS,COURTESY,POLITENESS,AND VOICE TONE!WHAT IF I WAS A SECRET SHOPPER?HAVE pride in your job..it can take u a long way..I have looked at the NEGATIVE reviews on here and the time span of their post is 2 months..I wonder if we are talking about the same person..A business can grow by positive interaction and...

Really love this store honestly, I try to come in every chance I get. The products are very cool if you're into hippie/stoner culture and everything is nicely made. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is that almost everytime I've come in the workers all seem to kinda have an attitude problem. I work retail so I understand how horrible customer service conditions can be but I'm quiet, respectful, and don't cause any problems yet some of them still make me feel like an inconvenience whenever I come in. Especially if I want to buy 21+ items, I understand that I do look a little young for my age but they always treat me like a sneaky teenager until I show my ID, like a guilty until proven innocent deal. I love ❤️ shopping at this store. I always ask for Erin Dempsey. Every time I visit the store she is always friendly and remembers me. We might even have some laughs before I head out the door. She lets me know about the latest deals and trends. I could go to other stores in the loop and shop but I like coming here because Erin works here honestly.
