Extrey overpriced for what it is. Got a small tub of chicken salad and it came out to $15+. Not even fresh, hurt my stomach horribly and I couldn’t even eat half of it. Much better off buying the same thing at a grocery store. Will not be returning

Update: decided to give this place another try on my lunch break and was disappointed as all my past experiences here. Custumer service doesn’t seem to be a priority unless your a rich highland park woman, the employee at the register was short and rude to me when I asked for a neighborhood discount as I’ve been given one every time I’ve ever gone there and flat out refused. Again, not worth the price, $15 dollar for a half pint of chicken salad and another $8 for...

I LOVE Their food and am a long time customer. I am astounded at their catering policy and their inability to try to work with me. I called earlier in the week and talked to a gal who said I just need to give them 48 hours notice. I called well within that - left 2 voicemails - got no callback- when I did connect with them they then said it had to be placed before noon. Mind you it was 1:30 and they wouldn’t budge. It says that nowhere on their site and the lady on phone didn’t tell me when I called earlier in week. Totally screws us up for a baby shower. If you pop in and get their stuff it’s great but I do not recommend for catering. They didn’t even seem to care. I won’t be sending people...
