Very disappointed with food and one waitress. I have raved about up station to many over the years and have promoted their steak night to many. I have always in past had top notch service and that’s why it was a favorite of mine. However went to eat there 2 weeks ago and food was dry and when I mentioned up burger was hard and dry which has never happen the one girl got real upset with me and walked away. The other waitress listened n I said I don’t cpmpain and have always raved about quality of food so when ask if new cook I get glared at and walked away from. Nice waitress listens and said sorry. However sometimes a loyal long time customer comes in after being gone 6 months and says wow it’s my food was not up to par tonight really shocked, maybe just believe them and maybe u they should have taken a bite of the dry cheeseburger on hard bread. I was kind not angry but if I owned a business I would rather get feedback right than instead of reviews because the waitress could not keep her behavior Respecrful. The waitres was blonde and tall, but the other staff were understanding. I paid my tab and spent $100 on pull tabs to be glared at and treated as if I was crazy, think problem is with that waitress!
