Just discovered this amazing chocolate and caramel store today. Attended a talk given by the owner, held at the University Place Library, to hear how she started and grew this amazing business. After hearing all her amazing stories, we visited her storefront in University Place. Being a chocolate aficionado myself, I purchased several of her items: caramels, chocolate caramel bites, a chocolate bar covered in edible pansies, cherry truffles, a pecan and caramel cluster, even a dark chocolate Millennium Falcon (for my son-in-law) (I didn't know I needed it until I saw it!). The caramels and chocolates are made with only the best real ingredients. No additives or preservatives. You can taste it in the quality of the candies. Now that I know this place exists, I will share about it far and wide and make sure everyone I know is aware of this amazing small business with the best tasting chocolates...

Google sent us here, and I had a great experience. This place is not much to look at from the inside, but I came here for the chocolate covered Carmels. They did not disappoint. I can tell by the way they disappeared at work that I was happy to pick them up. The Carmels, chocolate covered, salted, or plain are to die for. I do not say this lightly. Carmels are my favorite candy. You can taste the real ingredients and the care that went into each serving. Each wrapped caramel is the right amount. No one else does this. The recipe is perfection. My coworkers all wanted to know where I got them? Cool people work here. I have a new stop to shop whenever...

OMG, seriously the best carmel in town!!! Went here for the first time yesterday, the people are super friendly, the sea salt carmel is AMAZING and I also highly recommend the chocolate pretzels with marshmallows. Will definitely be going...
