First days are always rough I’m sure, but there were too many issues for me to come back anytime soon. Maybe in a few months once they have experience operating. My co-workers and I were so excited for the opening. We all came down for lunch around 11. My order was incorrect (ticket was right) and I politely asked that they remake my sandwich. 10 minutes later I asked for the status and the guy told me he’s sorry that it was sitting their to be remade, but they didn’t do it and we’re working on it. 5-7 minutes later they brought it and they legit just took off the tomatoes and added 2 slices of cold cheese on the chicken (ordered grilled chicken club, lettuce wrapped, no tomatoes). I was told that they can’t heat the cheese on a lettuce wrap, yet I’ve been ordering this for years from my home chick fil a at the colonies and it’s always melted on the chicken and then wrapped. Everyone was waiting on me so I just took it, but it was not good. I popped it in the microwave when I got back to the office and by that time my fries that I had gotten more than a half hour earlier were cold. 2 of my coworkers had incorrect orders too, but they didn’t want to say anything. Obviously, customer service was not comparable to other chick fil a restaurants, but the manager did pass out some cute stuffed cows that we loved (hence the 2 stars). Read moreI ordered a spicy chick fil a deluxe with no tomatoes ( allergic ) and a nugget kids meal. The first time around there were tomatoes in my sandwich and my child was given an old fruit cup with lots of liquid inside and no toy. So I asked if I could have a fresher fruit cup and his toy. I didn’t mention the tomatoes because I already felt like there was so much wrong I didn’t want to add to my explanation. I was dining alone with my child so we went to use the restroom. We came back and all our items from the table were gone, thrown in the trash. I did tell the manager and I was given back everything I ordered and I did mention the tomato this time and I was promised there were no tomato in my sandwich this time but when I looked inside, sure enough there WAS TOMATO. Read moreRare customer here, I try it every few years when a co worker drags me along. Food was decent for the price, I won't knock it. Except the sauce everyone rants and raves about is just an extra sweet honey mustard?
Service was poor, no one in line behind me (end of the lunch rush), and the cashier looked at me like I had three heads when I asked her what the drink options were. She could have just politely referenced that section of the menu or pointed at the fountain behind her. Also ignored the no pickles request.
Patio door was locked? Why have a door to patio dining if you're gonna make your customers walk all the way around again for napkins?
Not getting my money again. I can get a sandwich just as good without the wait time or attitude just about anywhere else that serves...
