Ahipoki — Restaurant in Upland

This place was pretty good, the fish was fresh, didn't smell bad, the veggies were clean and cold, and the place was actually very clean. The lack of care was my only problem. Placed a pickup order online like 20 mins before I got there, the order confirmation said it would be ready and waiting for me at 3, I get there at 3, wait for around 5 mins for the employee to finish serving the person in front of me in line, 100% fine, I'll be patient. But I did expect my order to be waiting in a fridge or under the counter, even in the back set up, I wanted to be in and out in 5 minutes. A second employee comes out of the back to assist, asks me what I want, I tell her I'm the online order for pickup....."we have an online order?" ....... cue looking back at the printer and asking 'how long has this order been here?' I'm like..... 20ish minutes ... which is how long it took her to make the order..... so I spent longer waiting in the restaurant than I had waited after placing the order to come in to pick it up.... totally get that it could have been a 1 off, but they didn't seem that bothered by...

Place was pretty solid. Portions were a nice size, felt full after eating. General service was good.

I had triple scoop (Large) salmon with white rice, masago, and crab meat. House sauce and spicy mayo because you need to try it at least if it says House. House sauce was standard, nothing special about it though the server said people mention it's too salty.

They did forget avocado on my order but they also didn't charge me for it, so balances out. Their avocado is slices though, so doesn't mix as well and I wouldn't recommend when it has an upcharge too.

You can get as many other toppings as you like though, so pretty easy to get full off of. I wish it was a bit cheaper, but it's...

What a disappointment I ordered online said 10 minutes, I got there exactly on time and see 1 bowl of mine made but the other wasn't. They decided to help someone else instead and when it came to MY Bowl for some reason he put the rice and poki separate.....and there's so much rice it doesn't even fit in the bowl I have to put it in a Tupperware bowl big enough to fit it!.....also he forgot a lot of things to my order......please do your job correctly and take 1 customer at a time and just don't push aside online orders when real people come in......I wish I could do no stars , this is the reason why I haven't been here in...
