With an overall modern and austere interior almost like an apple store, this place features a kitchen in back that is wide open for all the world to see and it is amazing how busy it is back there like a four way downtown intersection. If it smelled like freshly baked cookies, I really didn't notice because everything looked and felt new. I felt like a deer in headlights. You can order at the counter, I believe, but I ordered via the mounted tablets where you can place your order, make payments, and do other things as well. Once my order was done, they called my name and handed me, surprisingly, a long pink box (if you have ever seen a Tiffany box, this is the Crumbl equivalent). The whole process was fast and efficient. Though, I wished there was a bit more human contact (but they were super busy so all is forgiven).
When I finally got home with my cookies and took a bite, oh-my-god they were amazing. The cookies at Crumbl were almost the size of my hands and just as thick. The cookies were still warm with a crispy edge and a moist center. When I think of cookies I think of treats, but the cookies here are on par with cakes. The way cakes are celebratory, given on special occasions, these cookies are the same way. A box of these cookies would be a perfect gift at a party, a promotion, or a graduation. But seriously, these cookies are good for any occasion or none whatsoever.
Started in 2017 by 2 cousins in Logan, Utah, the cookie selection here changes every week. All cookies are made daily, on site, and with quality ingredients. The Cookies are sold individually or in qualities of 4, 6, or 12. I am actually pretty curious how many different cookies they offer and who comes up with them. With 300 locations across the United States, the company is family owned.

Read moreWent in to buy some cookies with my best friend. The girl at the counter (had just mentioned they still had a tray of the moms recipe cookies that we could still order. The lady in line in front of me ordered the moms recipe cookie and got it. Another girl by the name London came to ring me up and I asked for the mom’s recipe cookie and she said they were all out. I told here what her coworker had just told me and the lady before me less than 1 minute ago and she said sorry they’re saving those cookies. I asked if she could ask the other girl because she just sold one to the lady in front of me and the girl London said the lady probably pre-ordered on the app and that’s why she got it. I told her she didn’t she paid right in the store. The original girl comes over and I ask her and she told London just ring them out, put chocolate chip and she would get the moms recipe cookie. London began to have an attitude and refused saying she could not do that and if we wanted that cookie we could come back later when they made more (even though the other girl mentioned they had a tray of these). I asked her if we could just buy 1 since her coworker had just told us we could buy one and she had just sold one to the lady in front of me and she said no she would have to get her managers approval. When London left to go speak to her manager the other girl rang us up and mentioned she wasn’t sure why her coworker was acting this way. Such bad customer service from London and an awful way to discriminate between two customers that were told the same thing. Bravo to the other girl for honoring...
Read moreVery simply, the cookies are good. Most weeks the cookies are below average but some weeks they hit a grand slam.
I took away 2 stars due to the application. You definitely get punished in a way for ordering on the app. I ordered 2 cookies on the app and it gave me a 30 minute wait. Everyone that walked in after me got cookies quickly while I just waited. I waited in line and asked if they could move my order up because I still had 20 minutes left. The worker (who was very very nice) said he would get them. However, I still had to wait 20 minutes. I was standing in the pickup area. Then I get a call from my mom. The workers walked my cookies outside and my mom said she was me and they gave them to her.
Good job to my mom. I probably would have been asked to wait another 30 minutes for 2 cookies if someone else took them.
Anyways, cookies are hit or miss depending on your taste and the week and are $4.50 per one. Go...
