Everybody makes mistakes. Sometimes a drink is made wrong. No big deal. I understand. However, when you ask for a drink to be remade and the new one you get is even worse than the first one and extra dark... it seems intentional. I went to a different Starbucks down the street and kindly ask them to remake it a 3rd time. Even though they didn't make it they were able to make it for me. Correctly! I felt that was my best way to get three correct drink without causing a public disturbance.
I know you guys are busy, customer service is hard and stressful.... but sometimes the customer you're dealing with isn't an a-hole, they just want their routine morning coffee.

We got a chocolaty chocolate 9/10, ginger bread latter 7/10 & vanilla oatmeal shaken espresso 8/10, cheese danish not 10/10 & avocado spread 9/10 without a knife or spoon to spread , you be the judge should utensils and napkins been a automatic . Ok well either way we still like Starbucks but hopefully we get all we need without having to ask or our ride leaving drive through without letting us ask.see you next time but maybe another...
