Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Upland

Bread was dry and leather like. Asked for jimmy mustard and got maybe a drop. I spent 17$ for a sandwich that had hardly any meat and vegetables were at the bare minimum. For that price I should have a stacked sandwich. The chips even tasted funny didn’t have much flavor to them. Normally when I get salt and vinegar chips they are packed with flavor. I also got a whole pickle it was good. Asked if I wanted cheese but didn’t tell me it was and extra $1.09. Nothing crazy but customers should be informed on what they are adding. I’ve worked at a sandwich shop before for a few years so I have a little experience on what to expect and this was not it. Employees were very nice no complaints there. I was once a fan, but this location manages their deliveries at a considerably slow pace. Food had a 20 minute window for delivery and delivered 1 hr and 20 mins passed the latest estimated time. Because it took so long, the bread was soggy from the tomatoes and other various sauces. Their explanation at 20 mins passed the delivery time was that they only have 1 driver and estimated 10 more mins.

Ordered a 2nd time and arrived outside the delivery time again and food was left on the ground with notes clearly stating to not leave the food on the ground. Missing the same items from the meal as the last order. I’m just done with this place. I gave them a 2nd chance and they still drop the ball.
