I just had the most embarrassing and humiliating experience at this place, I placed an order for pickup and when I arrived to pickup my order, I was going to use a gift card that was gifted to me. The cash register employee could not figure out how to use the gift card, she continued to roll her eyes at me and told me that she couldn’t use the card because it doesn’t work. Another employee tried to help me and after explaining to her that the card was fine and that I just checked the balance of it and it has $25. I logged onto the website to check the balance and I figured out that the card cannot be rang up like a credit card, you must log onto the website and show the QR code. I figured it out after 3 employees there couldn’t help me. The supervisor or head employee there with the gold bracelet and gold chain around his neck was very condescending, questioning me on where I got the gift card, after answering his questions, he stopped interrogating me, continuing to roll his eyes at me as if I was there to defraud the company of a burrito. I left so upset that I didn’t finish getting the items I ordered, not a single person there apologized to me, no customer service at all.
Please stop selling gift cards if you are not going to show your employees how to use them, I don’t wish that experience to anyone else.

Read moreI love the food from here and I swear when it opened they didn't take very long to get through orders and there was no issue, but lately, prob last 2ish month, the drive thru line has been HORRIBLE. I'm talking 20-40 minutes to get food and that's with only 2-4 people in front of you. Unfortunately I had to go full karen a week ago because I was in the drive thru line for a good 20 minutes, I had ordered and paid and was just waiting in the line and then an employee comes out and gives me my food but I'm trapped in line by the cone things, what I am gonna do eat enchiladas in my car? So after waiting a bit my karen kicked in and I called the restaurant while in line and told them i need to leave and why are they not having the people in the front that they are waiting for go wait in a parking spot of something, they had given food to a few of the people in line but we couldn't leave. They came out pretty quick and removed some of the cones for me to get through but I don't wtf is going on because this is not a one time thing, the drive thru is taking forever now, i don't know if they are understaffed or what but it's pretty unacceptable. For the quality length of wait and accuracy of your order the price point for their items is way too high. 5/17/25 I went in there at about 6:30pm and waiting over 15min for a to go order and I get home and when I was able to get around to eating it cuz I had to tend to my young children it was freakin’ wrong!!! I ordered a bean and cheese burrito with sour cream and extra cheese and what do I get a shredded chicken burrito with Mexican rice which I deathly hate no beans no sour cream!! It’s like they gave me someone else’s order altogether. I unfortunately have to go back for them to fix their screw up but then after that may not be ever going back.
