Oggi's Sports|Brewhouse|Pizza — Restaurant in Upland

First off, let me start by saying we ended up here totally by failure of another establishment. Let's just say their business name rhymes with Lili's! Anyways, we ended up here because another location ended a promotion without letting anyone know, even their own staff was caught off guard with it. So we got inside Oggie's, sat the bar and let me tell you, THE SPACE at the bar was amazing. A TV at practically at every seat, so much alcohol to choose from, and let me tell y'all about Harrison, our bartender! This man was the physical embodiment of what it meant to be a perfect server! This man was attentive, our drinks never ran dry, our food was out faster than what we expected, napkins were always provided, friendly, courteous, respectful, funny, and loves DOGS! (Seriously ask him about his fur babies). Oggie's food did not disappoint, we tried this new item they're kind of testing the waters with, called the BANG BANG SHRIMP! I highly recommend ordering it custom, ask them to prepare spaghetti buttered noodles then place the bang bang shrimp on top of it! You will not be disappointed! Terrible Terrible Terrible bad bad bad. Major issue with bartender tending bar and serving tables. If there's one table I understand but more than one there need to be a server. The bartender was quick to the point and was soulless. I don't know if it's a tip issue or a labor issue but it's not fair to your customers who are paying $$ high prices. We are paying for better service so there's needs to be a bartender planted behind the bar. While I was there one guy walked out because he waited at the bar way too long to order a beer. This is unexceptable, the manager should be ashamed of herself and take accountability for her lack of skills. The back of house should be taking care of when you are properly staffed not just when you decide it's slow enough. Maybe if enough people complain things will change or you will go out of business. Let me start by saying, the bartenders are GREAT!!!! Great drinks, great service in the bar!!! Unfortunately, I think we have given up on Oggi's for good :( it is one of very few restaurants in our area, so it was in our rotation, but it just seems like the food is bottom of the barrel. The Ranch, and the Spicy mustard for lettuce wraps is literally so watery it doesn't stay on the food, just pours off. The lettuce is often yellow, and Salads not fresh at all. They always ask if it's good, and offer to remake,and I can count on one hand how many times I have done that at other places, however at Oggi's, while I don't, I definitely want to send it back almost every time, which sucks!!
