Got to tell you, this is possibly one of the slowest SBs I have ever been in. It has been the same since it opened. As a business owner, I stand in line, waiting for a simple coffee refill, and I watch how the personnel work. They either have not hired enough people to man even the non-rush hours, they are not prepared before the store opens, or something. They don't seem to care either, since it has been this same way, and I have mentioned it to people that work there. There is usually a standing racking of items that are waiting to be put away at the far end of the display reefer. Yesterday, went in at about 630am, not many people in line, waiting for someone to ask for my order. Two guys are rushing around with pastries and at the coffee maker, while a possible mgr. comes out from the back with a pen and paper in his hand, probably doing the schedule, and he stops one of the rushed guys mid way through his task to talk to him, instead of letting him get on with the customer's order. Amazing...........Once I got my coffee refill, I did say to the lady, "You know, this is one of the slowest SBs in the southland, and I have visited many". She made my point, when she said "Well, you know, we are really busy!" Read moreThey could NEVER get it right! The WORST Starbucks I've ever been to!!! You ask for tall, they give and charge you for a Grande. This has happened to me about three times at this location! They never have what you ask for and when they do it's not even fresh. For instance, I went today for a simple hot, fresh cup of coffee and instead I got a GROSS, LUKEWARM & NOT FRESH COFFEE!!! It tasted as if it had been brewed at lunchtime and it is now 6:30 pm! This is after I waited in the drive-thru about twenty minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me! When I get to the window the female worker doesn't even greet me or at least smile, so rude!!! Come on people get it right, if you can't then go work elsewhere! Believe me, you will not be missed! I called to inform them that my coffee was not up to Starbucks standards of quality and freshness and Jeff seemed bothered and said I have until Sunday to pick up my replacement coffee (today is Friday). He agreed to let me pick it up on Monday, haha what a joke that I have a time limit to replace what should've been done right, to begin with! One of the workers was stopped a customer from going to the restroom and said they were closed. No harm right? WRONG. Never looked at him in the eye and was rude about it like she was annoyed. (Nobody asked you to come into work today) trust me I rather your attitude stay home. He politely asked how long and though im not sure she said 15 or 45 minutes SHE STILL did not look up!!!! Cmon Sbux! Train your girl. Common decency! Go home man. He was an older man too. Learn a little bit of manners. He really needed it and it would not kill you to let him in. She stopped him cause she had started cleaning them as she wiped the outside counters! There are 2 bathrooms how anout let em use one! While you slowly wipe an OUTSIDE counter.
