Taco Bell — Restaurant in Upland

I'm so angry today that I rarely leave bad reviews, but this time I'm really angry and I have to let you guys know how bad this store is. I ordered a lunch for my dad on doordash at 12:30, then I sent a screenshot of the order to my dad for him to pick up. He had a long queue to the window but the staff said he had to check in at the drive thru entrance to pick up the meal. Okay, my dad pulled the car out of the drive thru and got back in line. Long queue again, this time, the staff said that you cannot use screenshots to pick up meals, they must see the mobile phone where the order was placed. It's crazy, I order lunch for my dad every day, I've paid for it online, my dad just needs to go to the store and let stuff know the name of the order to get it, but this time, no, I've never seen any restaurants like this. Must see software? Then I had to drive 30 minutes to the store and show her my mobile app before she was willing to give me the order. It’s 2:20pm, it's been two hours since I placed the order, I didn't even hear an apology when I got my cold lunch, the attitude of the staff was even colder than the lunch. This taco bell is an utter disgrace. I was having a splendid sunday afternoon prior to walking my pet poodle Peaches. Famished from me and Peache's stroll, I decided it was time for me to sink my teeth into a delightful nachos bell grande in which Peaches strongly agreed by giving me a little wuff wuff in acceptance. Nachos bel grande is Peache's favorite and she can just never get enough when I let her lick the last of it clean! When I arrived at this sad excuse for a "Taco Bell" they informed me that they were out of refried beans and could not properly prepare my nachos bell grande. After hearing this I became upset and Peaches let out a mean growl as she was not pleased either. I settled for a measly soft taco in which I only hate half and gave the rest to peaches out of pure disgust. Later that evening Peaches wasn't acting as her useful playful self, to my surprise the culprit had been linked to that dreadful soft taco peaches had eagerly annihilated earlier that afternoon. There was evidence from this in my living room carpet as peaches did not have time to get outside. I had to pick up Peaches accident with my bare hands because it was just to runny and muddy to handle with a shovel. Needless to say me and peaches were not pleased.
