Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Upper Arlington

Upon arriving at 2049 West Henderson Rd Dominos location to pick up a carry out order on 6/19/25, I went to open the door to go in i pulled both doors relatively hard. I started walking away back to my car to get my phone and call in. Before I got back to my car a woman came to the door and opened it. Because I work next to a Domino's myself i should assume she was the manager shift leader person in charge at the time whatever the title. This Dylan opens the door and immediately begins to get smart and argue back and forth with me about the door being open after she sat and watched me try to pull on the doors. She was extremely rude. I was expecting something more on the lines like yes our door can be tough to open you have to pull really hard sorry about that, how can I help I sa completely thrown off by her rude attitude. After she let's me in the door she immediately goes back in the kitchen to making food and LEFT ME STANDING THERE. She mumbled something under her breathe and left me at the counter. No so you have a carry out order would you like to place a order NOTHING. She began talking to an okay gentleman who a extremely kind might I add but she never said to him can you help her for me. At this point I should have taken by business elsewhere but I didn't. Finally be comes to the counter and ask if I have a carry out i eply yes. As i am asking him what the store number is this same manager woman starts yelling and blurting out numbers from the back where she is making food from. She never gave her name and she made sure to rattle the numbers fast enough so I couldn't really catch it. But thanks to the good old smart phone picking up locations here I am. The day was June teeth it could have been racially motivated or she's just not a nice person in general. The only reason for the 3 starts was the pizza was fresh and hot which anymore I guess is all that matters because the customer service aspect of this...

I have been ordering from here for 5 years, if not longer, and yesterday I got my food late and cold. When I asked for the food to be remade, the manager said yes, and he told me do you want to pick it up? I said no. I want it delivered just like I ordered it the first time. The manager has been rude since the beginning and refused to deliver it for free of charge, and I said okay, I’ll pay for delivery cost, and he said you have to make a new order then ,and when I called again after he hung up ,. He said I’m not giving free food, and I told him I want my order remade, and he told me that’s not free, but I can give you store credit, which made no sense, and he only gave me store credit for the food I paid and for the tip and not for the food I redeemed with points as well, and he was asking me if there is a microwave to heat the food. I had other food missing sometimes, but I never complained, but this guy is a rude person, and he’s lucky I’m not doing too well to be really mean back. The moment I decided to become mean back to him, he hung up, and after I got store credit, I told him to take it easy, and he hung up. You're the worst person I've had to deal with in a while and shouldn’t be a manager. Asking me to microwave the food instead of making a new one is nonsense when I paid to get hot food, not to put it in the microwave. Rude and didn’t give me the rest of the credit which is 7.99 for the lava cake . The store needs a new manager . This guy is terrible and so so rude...

6/10/23: Fast, friendly, delicious, large, hand tossed Deluxe pizza for $10 part of the 50% pizza online app order deal. App is easy to use. Friendly guy working at lunch time. He's there a lot. Best Domino's in Columbus! Pizza Pizza for Erik Erik!!

3/25/23: Excellent large hand tossed ExtravaganZZa pizza today. 50% off menu price with their promotion this week. $10 instead of $20. Ordered online just after 1 pm. Pizza was ready in 15 mins. Fast friendly polite hard working Domino's pizza partners working today. Keep up the great work, I'll be back!!! BEST DOMINO'S IN COLUMBUS, OHIO!!!!

12/3/22, 3 pm: Excellent large hand tossed Deluxe pizza with 50% app deal. This location makes delicious pizzas and is very fast service! App is easy to order on. Placed my order, walked to the store, and my pizza was just rolling out of the oven, hot n fresh! Guy working was having system problems but got my gift card to go through with correct $5 balance after spending $10 for the Deluxe pizza!! So good!!!
