I had such a great experience at Freeze Style Ice Cream! From the moment I walked in, the place felt fresh, modern, and super clean. The staff was really friendly and explained the menu clearly, which made it easy to pick what I wanted.

The best part is watching them prepare the ice cream rolls right in front of you — it’s a show in itself. You get to see the fresh ingredients chopped and mixed on the cold plate, then rolled into perfect little spirals. I went with a strawberry base topped with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and fresh fruit, and it was absolutely delicious. The mix of creamy texture with the crunch of toppings made every bite special.

The menu is also very flexible — you can build your own creation with tons of options, or just pick one of their signature rolls if you want something quick and tasty. They also offer smoothies and other treats, so there’s something for everyone.

The ice cream was extremely good ( and the only reason there are any stars at all) but the customer service was absolutely atrocious. There was one worker and he was rude, paranoid, and overall unfair towards the girls we had taken to get ice cream. He told us we could not be inside if we weren't ordering something and even kicked one of the younger girls out of the store. He forced another of the younger girls to needlessly stand (and block) around in line because she asked the price of something and he got angry. He would get extremely upset when too many of the girls would get close to the register, telling them to " give him more space" and to " make a real line" as he shooed them away. Another mom was watching him make the ice cream through the plastic windows, but he stopped to tell her to " get back in the line". Overall this man was rude, disrespectful, and a downright bully towards us. I hope that if we ever go again he is not...
