They’re very nasty in there! The girl was cleaning right before I came in and she stopped to take my order at the register. Then she starts heading towards the food to make mine and I asked her was she about to make my food and her answer was “I’m just putting it in the bag”. I said well wasn’t you just cleaning? She then gets mad walks toward the back mind you everyone is in a huddle socializing. I then said to lady (I’m assuming she was a manager) that I didn’t think the girl should be touching food after she was just cleaning with cleaning spray. She shook her head as if she understood then I looked in my bag and noticed that the black guy that made my food didn’t put my sauce in there so I said “there’s no sauce in here” his response was really smart and loud saying “well there’s no sauce on the paper” and my response was “well she asked me and I told her”. He grabbed the sauce and seen that I had my hand out but he instead being smart threw the sauce in my bag. First of all the sauce falls on the floor and they pick them up and still use them so why would I want the sauce on top of my food? Then this big white lady comes from around the corner and snatches my receipt out my hand and my food then she opened the register and threw my money on the counter!! That was my third time in that store and I have never been treated like that! All because I didn’t want her touching my food after handling chemicals. They are very nasty in I will not be returning!! And I will be contacting...
Read moreDecided to try this Arby's location since I was in the area this afternoon. Parking lot was a bit trashy but that's to be expected nowadays and probably not Arby's responsibility. The design of this Arby's is a bit weird. One of the two doors opens right out to the drive-thru lane with no sidewalk taking you to the parking area. It was weird walking up the drive-thru lane but fortunately, no car was there at the time.
The dining area looked comfortable enough but unfortunately, the tables weren't clean. When it came time to order, I found the cashier a bit uncommunicative. I thought his head tilt motion was a nervous tic at first until I realize that was his weird way of motioning me over to his register. Also he had to get someone else to show him how to enter the coupon information and somehow still got it wrong.
The cashier asked for my name so they could call me when my order was ready but they didn't. I just picked up the item on the counter that I hoped was the right one.
At least the Greek...
Read moreI haven't eaten at a fast food restaurant in over a year, and probably haven't eaten at an Arby's in at least 10 years. I was driving through a place that I haven't visited in years , was very hungry, I saw an Arby's and I decided to stop. I went with a chicken sandwich that was just incredible. I'm used to eating more on the healthy side and it felt so good to eat a sandwich that had a little grease in it. Now in all actuality there really wasn't much grease in it but with the bacon, and the Swiss cheese, and the lettuce and tomatoes, it was just something at the time that really hit the spot. I can't remember the last time I had seasoned curly fries, and to accompany them I got horseradish sauce, honey mustard sauce, and Arby's special sauce to dip the fries in. It was all just very tasty, but something I doubt I will be repeating very often. As they say, "Arby's, we have...
