Pat's Pizza and Bistro — Restaurant in Upper Chichester Township

I haven’t been here in a while. My son and I walk in at 8:35 and the guy with cross tattoos on his neck doesn’t even say hi or wait for us to get to the counter. Just says “picking up?” Then I said no placing an order. He was so eager to tell us only take out cause they’re about to close. They close at 9. We should’ve been able to sit and eat. My son ordered. Then I ordered. We both got cheesesteaks and a soda each. Almost 30 dollars. I asked for light Mayo and ketchup. When I opened my food I took it kinda personal. I said light and I had like a half of bottle of ketchup on my sandwich. Like who eats that much ketchup on a sandwich? For 30 dollars there’s no excuse. AND THE CHEESE WASNT EVEN MELTED. SMH I’ll never come back here ever again. Cold steak cold cheese. Who does that? Pats on Chichester that’s who. Hands down the worse cheesesteak I’ve ever had. The onions were big. A little tip, everything goes on the grill with the steak. The onions should’ve been chopped with the steak and the cheese should’ve been mixed with the steak and onions....

This week I ordered an $80 order via their website. The order never showed up. After 1 1/2 hour I call. They tell me it was dropped off. I explained to them, they must have dropped it off at the wrong house. The manager gets on the phone and tells me because I did not answer my phone after repeated calls the driver went through my back yard and put the order on my back patio.

I explain to this "manager" I had NO missed phone calls, nor was there any food sitting on my back patio. Instead to being apologetic, her position is well "that's what my driver is saying". I tell this poorly trained joke of a "manager" they delivered it to the wrong address. By this time I'm angry. She could not say the words "we ARE sorry for this mistake and will make it right". She instead said she would refund the money and hung up the phone.

I ordered from Pats Pizza Boothwyn Yesterday 12/02/2021, I wanted fettuccine Alfredo with chicken as everyone can see my pasta has no sauce, it’s all oil at the bottom. I called them to ask why my pasta was prepared incorrectly and if they would be able to remake it. The guy I spoke to told me the sauce was portioned, he spoke to me the way I wanted him to when I ordered my food and that he wasn’t fixing anything. He told me that I took the sauce out my pasta myself. I was beyond surprised that I was spoken to in such a manner from a restaurant especially when I’m spending my money there for quality food. I asked him if he wanted a photo of the food, he said no he doesn’t because I’m too far away for him to fix my pasta and He wasn’t giving me a refund. He told me not to call...
