So I have been a customer of Brothers for over 25 years, but since they have changed ownership this place is just not the same. In fact, I would now recommend avoiding them. Today, I walked in and ordered 2 slices and a coke - $8.22. The older lady took my order and my payment but continually seemed confused that I was a phone order, despite my explaining 3 times that I did not previously order. After taking the order, she shouted 2 slices to an older gentleman working in the back near the ovens and then simply left. The older gentleman then tried to give me someone else's order. Once again I am explaining that i did NOT phone in an order. Older woman comes back and once again is playing this game about my order at which point a simple 2 slice order has now become a monumental task for these incompetent people. I wound up walking out, without any order, and having paid and lost $8.22. I learned my lesson - never again! I work in the service industry and we have been ordered to wear gloves when handling food, money, and changing them everytime we come in contact. This shop however had not ONE employee wearing gloves. Not one. And the takeout girl was handling money, food, touching the phones and the computer screen. There wasnt any hand sanitizer anywhere in sight. When I asked why their not wearing gloves she responded "the owners wouldn't let us"..WHAT?!you have people dying from this and you won't ALLOW your employees to wear gloves? Something is wrong there. Honestly as soon as I got my pizza and started driving home I wished I had just walked out. I did call and the phone was ringing off the hook so I just hung up. I will get in touch with them sooner than later even if I have to go up there in person. I am warning everyone now to beware that they DO NOT wear gloves..eat at...
