Response to Owner: Thank you for your response. I appreciate your review of details for your customers. You’re correct- I did ask for a discount for our inconvenience. I feel this would have been fair. I spent over $150 in one week with your company. You’re also correct that our order was delivered hot but I don’t know about how fresh. Me and my son were very sick to our stomach after eating. I didn’t call because why bother….we weren’t taken care of the first time we called.
I was really excited after having tried this place for the first time this week. The food was good and my whole family liked it. I had an unexpected long day so I ordered from here a second time (in the same week!). This time my experience was so terrible and their staff was so unwilling to try to make things right it makes me wish we stuck w our usual Drexel Hill Pizza. The girl taking my order told me 30-45 minutes. I called back at 60 minutes (complaining hungry kids) and she told me it would be ANOTHER 30 minutes at bare minimum. I asked her if it would be quicker if I pick up and she told me they were just starting our order. I told her the original timeframe I was told and she fought with me about it saying that wasn’t true. I asked her if she could do anything for us for the inconvenience- she checked w her manager and came back to refuse. I run 3 local businesses myself and would never treat my customers this way. Word of mouth is everything. I was going to place a huge order for Halloween but their customer service is abhorrent. Still tipped the young delivery driver nicely of course because I’m not ignorant like the people working here and it’s not his fault. Do yourself a favor- if you value your and your family’s time know that they don’t and order somewhere else. The worst part I wouldn’t be writing this or be as upset about the time if they were accommodating or...

The food is fresh, tasty, and clearly prepared with care. It's one thing for a pizza place to do good pizza (theirs is Great). But it's a real treat to get a salad with your pizza that impresses. (And in January!!) Beautiful green leaf lettuce, baby cucumbers, grape tomatoes ... all cut / sliced into nice size bites (even the tomatoes!). It's an impressive upgrade from the usual pizzeria salad of a massive hunk of iceberg with pasty tomatoes tossed in a Styrofoam clamshell.
The service is efficient and friendly without being hurried. It's so nice to call in a food order when you're too hungry to decide and to have the staffer actually help you pict something then explain the dish and options available. Wow! Customer service is alive and well!
The prices are quite reasonable and the portions are generous. You definitely get your money's worth.
All-in-all, we are hooked. This is definately our new "Go To" pizzeria. (Pictured is HALF of the spicy chicken slider sandwich platter and a...
Read moreI first heard about Township Line Pizza because of their Hot Chicken Sliders—and it did not disappoint. The chicken was crispy, flavorful, and worth the hype. Surprisingly, I didn’t even try their pizza until almost a year later, when a neighbor recommended it. Since then, it’s become my go-to spot.
The pizza itself is a standout: a perfectly crispy undercarriage, balanced sauce-to-cheese ratio, and what I swear must be garlic butter brushed on the crust—because it’s impossible to leave a single bite behind.
But the real champion on their menu? The Nashville Chicken Cheesesteak Eggrolls. They’re paired with a sweet, sour, and spicy sauce that I’d happily dip any fried food in for the rest of my life. Hands down, these are the best in the area.
In a region full of average-to-mediocre pizza options, Township Line sets itself apart. The team clearly takes pride in what they’re serving, and it shows. I can’t wait to try more of their toppings and...
