Wawa — Restaurant in Upper Darby

The store manager and assistant manager were the most unprofessional management team and customer service workers that I've ever encountered (and I spent years as a quality evaluator). Their credit machine wasn't working properly (demonstrated by the card being used immediately after the horrible encounter at the ATM in the store without any issues) and they initially made NO efforts to accommodate me. The store manager was the rudest and most unprofessional inserting herself just to give attitude and tell me if my card doesnt work oh well there isn't (she said ain't 🤦🏾‍♀️) anything she's going to do about it. They gave lots of attitude then agreed to MY common sense suggestion they at least try another machine. I ended up going to the ATM a few feet away and using it without any problems only to return to the counter to find 2 managers talking trash about me. It's unprofessional to talk about customers at any time, let alone when they're a few feet away and can hear you! I hope this isn't a reflection of Wawa as a company. I'll be following up by reaching out to corporate about this unprofessional and...

Horrible ... Just No words anymore... after a Long day working in the service industry only thing open is wawa.. I Spend alot of money here an ALWAYS DISAPPOINTED!!!! SMDH... the Quesadillas I received had No potatoes.... NO cheese . Worst possible error. I asked for a smoked turkey sandwich After getting home and consuming 3 bites, i noticed the meat was pink (pork). Im highly upset. I literally eliminated pork and beef for the past year just to experience this.
