Yesterday(October 1, 2023) at around 2:15pm. We came in and stood there without acknowledgment for 8 minutes. Okay so when we finally was noticed the young lady asked how many of it was us and we said two. She went to look came back and said nothing, my mother and I are still standing there until I asked her what was the status on our seats, she proceeded to tell us five more minutes. We sat down and waited patiently, five minutes turned into 20 minutes, so I got up and asked her what's going on and she said that the manager(I'm not sure what his name is, he is a Puerto Rican guy, maybe 5'10 with a slinder build) told her not to seat anybody else because they just sent back 14 orders. Let's keep in mind that we already been waiting a total of 35 minutes now just for two people. So the manager comes out, I asked him was going on with the seating, he automatically seats us, wow. Anyway as we are walking to our table one of the workers said something to the girl that took us to our seat basically saying why are you seating people? Which was kind of awkward because why wouldn't she especially if her manager told her to do so! Anyway we sit down, our server comes in six minutes which is great I think that's fast to me. Everything started off good until it was time for them to bring out our entrees. It took them 45 minutes to bring out our entrees. So after a while me and my mom said that we didn't want the entrees anymore and would just pay for the drinks and appetizers. We told our waitress and that's when the manager came over 5 minutes later with an attitude because we didn't want to wait for our entrees anymore, and that we wanted the bill as soon as we told him that 3 minutes later our entrees come out. We still didn't want them now also keep in mind we are now thier almost 2 hours and still haven't received our entree until we said we wanted the bill. We told the manager again that we didn't want it, he gone tell us that the normal wait time for an entrees is 25 minutes. How when an appetizer comes out way sooner than that! All I ordered was Alfredo and my mom ordered a burger. I still gave the waitress a 10 dollar tip and we just left. They know that Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are thier busiest days so why not be prepared for the rush. Than not only that the section we where seated at was empty and so was another section and they had a bunch of people waiting and giving people 30 to 40 minute wait times with a ton of empty tables, that were all clean and ready for someone to sit there. I wish I would I had pictures. Worse establishment ever and the manager should be fired for going back and forth...

BEWARE of The Endless Shrimp Police! This rating is solely based on the lack of service and harassment by the manager Andrew. Today, a friend and I went for lunch and I decided to get order the endless shrimp. We noticed a man walking back and forth past our table, looking at us. When I placed my second shrimp order, I was told by waitress I could only order one endless shrimp refill at a at time. Previously, I was able to refill all types of shrimp without an issues. I found this strange, but I placed an refill for the dragon shrimp. The same man that walked back and forth by our table brought out my refill. He proceeded to tell me and my friend 'Ladies, not trying to be rude, but for future reference, you are unable to share the endless shrimp. It's policy'. I felt harassed, confused and upset. As I stated above, this is not the first time I have come to Red Lobster for the endless shrimp and did not have any issues. Andrew made it a point to make our experience uncomfortable. I decided to look up the fine print on the endless shrimp offering and this policy was not mentioned. I asked Andrew back over and pointed this out and he stated 'It is policy and take it up with corporate'. I asked him to show me the policy and after unsuccessly finding a policy, Andrew proceeded to show me a menu where it shows $25 per person. Andrew then compared sharing a few shrimp with sharing food at buffet. To Red Lobster corporate: Clearly your manager Andrew requires training on how to not target, speak to your policies, interact with customers, and provide customer service. A pleasant experience was soured by the unwarranted behavior by Andrew. Once I pay my money for food, I can do with it what I choose. If choose to share a pieces off of each my dishes, I can. If I choose to share the full dish, that is my prerogative as I paid my hard earned money for the food. It is not ok for your manager, Andrew, to shower my experience with negativity and then hide behind corporate instead of stepping up and facing the situation he created. If the regional manager is reading this, I do ask you reach out to me or provide your contact information below. This should never have happened and shame...

I decided to visit the Springfield location this evening arriving around 9:20pm in hopes I would have a great experience. Nope, I did not, one thing I can say is the hostess was on point. We were seated and waited about 10 minutes, I think that is long when the restaurant is empty. I walked over to the host to ask who is the server for the table. She located the server right away and she came over about 5 minutes later. We placed our order which was just a salad and soup. since it was late we decided not to have the staff cook. We received our biscuits and glass of water. I thought our food would come out fast. Well, 15 minutes later the salad came out but not the soup. Maybe another 5 minutes the soup came out but cold. While waiting we ate the salad but it was horrible, very soggy, salty and warm. Cold soap and warm salad, unbelievable. Unable to locate the waitress we flagged down another staff member to locate the waitress. She finally came over and we informed her of the cold soup. I didn't complain about the salad as I felt it was a lost cause. I didn’t want my soup but my husband asked for his to be heated up. She returned the soup and it was hot. Now time for her to go MIA again. Now it’s another 10 + minutes and we’re flagging down another staff member to locate the waitress again to get the bill. Not once did she come over to check on us or see if we needed anything else. She had a pleasant personality however, her customer skills was the worst. I must say this isn’t my first bad experience at this location however this is the first time I decided to share my experience. Thanks for reminding me why I have not dined at this restaurant and...

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received at Red Lobster. My recent visit to this establishment was marred by a series of unprofessional and unacceptable incidents that have left me feeling compelled to share my experience. Upon arrival, my party and I were not even seated despite a significant wait. To make matters worse, we overheard staff at the front desk engaged in personal conversations, including discussing burning their boyfriend's clothes. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also created a negative atmosphere for customers. We were then informed that we had to wait for a waitress to clock in before we could be seated. Despite being told the wait would be 10 minutes, we ended up waiting for 20 minutes. During this time, the servers were seen walking around, laughing, and taking their time to clock in, showing a lack of urgency and professionalism. Throughout our wait, we were not checked on by any staff members, which left us feeling neglected and unimportant as customers. Additionally, we observed a waitress leaving to serve another customer at the Togo window while customers like us were left waiting to be seated. The overall experience was truly terrible, and I cannot in good conscience recommend Red Lobster to anyone based on the service I received. I hope you will address these issues promptly to ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar treatment in the future.

Pack your patience. Right now everyone wants to check out Red Lobster. The new menu has gone viral, but the staff hasn't changed. We went on a Friday night. It was busy but not packed. We were told a 45 minute wait. It was raining and late soooo we waited. The good thing is they text you so we waited in the car which made the time go faster (about 45 minute wait). When we did get seated the server was busy, but we were greeted right away. That was the only thing that was fast. After we ordered it took about 30 minutes for our food to come out (no appetizers ordered). I ordered the Ultimate Feast. The plate was very hot, but my food was warm, especially the shrimp alfredo. I never saw my server again until we were almost finished and I took the shrimp alfredo home. I wish I saw a manager walking around talking to the tables. I felt like the server was doing the best he could, but needed help. There was a large party that was sat once our food came out and that really consumed our servers attention. Would I recommend Red Lobster...yes, but when a hostess tells you it's a 45 minute wait be prepared to WAIT! Also, ask your server if they are out of anything. Other tables ordered the seafood boil bags, but they came out without the bag and no seasoning because they ran out too. Hopefully with the changes, will mean an increase in staff too.

My family I came to this Red Lobster for lunch to celebrate my uncle‘s birthday. What an abysmal experience in terms of the service. We ordered the steak and lobster meal, seafood platter, and the southwestern platter (which is a new menu item). The food was very tasty, very fresh and well-seasoned. We also ordered coleslaw and Caesar salads, which you now have to pay for separately. The concerns are regarding the abysmal service from both the hostess, Kayla and server, Q. Not only did they have sour attitude problems, but they made us wait for over 20 minutes to process our bill and follow up on a request to sing happy birthday to my uncle. They then tried to make an excuse, noting that I did not make this request in advance, which they did not share was a requirement. From a customer’s perspective, their attitude problem was a large issue and the 20 minute wait was unacceptable, especially given how empty the place was (see photos). When I asked to speak to the manager to make a formal complaint, he offered me a light apology and gave me two $10 gift certificates. All in all, while the food was very tasty, I will not be coming to this location ever again.
