Vince & Friends — Restaurant in Upper Hanover Township

My husband and I have been ordering from Vince & Friends for 7 years now. I am extremely particular about pizza as it is one of my favorite foods. I can honestly say that they have the BEST PIZZA in the area and one of the best pizzas I've had in general. You can taste the difference in the sauce, there's love in there and it's very apparent. No matter what you order you can be sure that it's all carefully and tastefully made.

By far the best thing about this place is the people. Every person I've dealt with is more wonderful then the next. From the amazing ladies that answer the phone and so warmly take your order, they are everything you want to hear on the other line, friendly, professional and always engage in pleasant conversation, it's so inviting. Then the drivers, Tony is absolutely a dream to get a delivery from. He's so outgoing, Takes the time to chat and ask you how your day is. On many occasions, it's been pouring rain when he's arrived. He's insisted I stay put under cover so he can bring me my pizza or when I've met him at his car, allowed me to grab the order in the hot bag and instructed me to use it to keep dry meeting me at the house. I love hearing about his cat and always appreciate his stellar service. It's a small town, I know this business was shook a couple years ago by the passing of the owner (and father) , although I've only had the pleasure of dealing with him a few times, there is one thing I am sure of, he would be super proud of you all, the food that's filled with so much heart and the love for your customers that continues to be so apparent. I've been ordering from here for several years and to be honest although the food is very good, it's the people that make me love this place so much. From the moment you answer the phone, you're greeted by a warm, friendly voice and a pleasant lady that takes your order. She's like a warm hug over the phone, taking the time to ask how you are and wish you a great night (these are things that are dearly missed today, pleasantries). So to that lady, I thank you, I've never met you but YOU make a huge impact. Next it's the delivery driver who I just adore. He can't miss the two barking dogs at the window and as a result, HE BRINGS DOG TREATS! So incredibly sweet. He's told me about his beautiful kitty and is always so wonderful and sweet to talk to. He's brought my pizza in the rain making sure that if I'm in the driveway I make it to mybreezeway so my food and I aren't soaked. My food has now arrived quickly, hot and fresh. Finally, the food, I had problems a few years ago with getting cold food but that is long in the past. My food has always arrived hot and delicious for the last couple years so I'm glad they got that sorted. I love my pizza and this is definitely some of the best around. Really... it's the PEOPLE here that I truly appreciate and the reason I keep coming back. Thank you to every one of you that make your customers feel like they matter, this is something that is gone in today's society. This is my favorite local place to grab a bite to eat after work, not only because they make the most delicious food, but because their food is cooked with a lot of heart and passion. They don’t cut corners with their ingredients and they make everything fresh (well, except the cheese because they're not fromagers), and you can taste their knowledge of food and passion for cooking in their pizza. This is hands down the best pizza in town. I thought this place couldn't get any better, until I ordered the wings one day. Crispy, crunchy, fairly priced for their size, not overly doused in sauce, even holes poked in the top of the styrofoam to keep the wings crispy. It’s the little details that matter. I always opt to pick up instead of delivery because they’re always yelling out orders in Italian and it genuinely has a great family business vibe when you walk in. This place is a gem. And their prices are seriously competitive. I don't know how they do it, but I highly recommend this place.
