AT&T Store — Local services in Upper Hanover Township

The staff at the store was INCREDIBLE. My family and I walked in inquiring about a new phone plan to replace our current one that was raised since T-Mobile and sprint merged. After about 15 minutes of explanations of what att had to offer we signed up. Also signed up for att tv to replace Comcast after they raised our service cost to a ridiculous amount. But the service at this store is phenomenal. From the courteous and professional employees to the cleanliness and appearance of a great store. Not only was Rebecca incredibly friendly, helpful knowledgeable, and efficient, but when I had stopped in two days ago, Bonnie was just as great! Much better attitude and demeanor of staff at East Greenville than I had experienced at the AT&T store I used to go to. To my friends in the Lehigh Valley, I'd encourage to come down here.

Got there Saturday morning only a couple minutes after they opened up at 10am, there was two customers ahead of me. I finally left maybe five minutes before 11am, almost a full hour later. Only one worker there, nice enough College age blond girl. She seemed quite knowledgeable but was very slow. Not to mention she has to run it open the door up for every customer leaving. Definitely need more help there, I only want to make a simple change to my plan which took over 10 minutes. If you plan on stopping by, figure on waiting at least an hour.
