My boyfriend and I were looking to get 5 new phones/upgrade with Verizon. We have been a Loyal customer for many years. We wanted the best offer and we started with Joselyn. She was very nice over the phone, however when we got to the store she never got up to show us the phones or had any helpful interaction with us when we asked more questions. All she wanted to do was plug numbers in the computer and close the Sale. We felt Rushed. She sat behind the desk and NEVER moved. We then asked her to email us a break down of each phone etc and it took her 2 weeks. We went back to the store and met with Brian and he was helpful at first⦠we told him our experience with Joselyn and that we just didnāt feel she was helpful nor worked hard for our continued business. We also told him that we went to their competitor T-Mobile and told them what their best offer was and give us your best shot! We still were willing to give them an opportunity. Brian then called his Manager and explained the situation, how we wanted the best offer and that we went to T-Mobile. Brian was to get back to us after the holiday and he NEVER did. Another 2 weeks went by and Joselyn emailed my boyfriend asking what we needed. Like really???? Very disappointing when we told Brian exactly how we felt and what we were looking for. Then Brian calls my phone a week later about a promotion not even knowing it was usā¦.the customers he never followed back with. We were so upset and yet it was comical that he never followed back to us but is calling about another promotion. We could not believe how he was yelling at us when we voiced our concern and frustration on the phoneā¦instead of listening to us as we are the CUSTOMER. We were blown away in how unprofessional he was and lied to us. As customers we have every right to be upset that there was no quick follow up and treated us as we were nothing to Verizon. He also lied and said we told him that Joselyn wasnāt nice!!!! Again we never said that, we just wanted another Sales rep. These reps work off of commission. I have worked on commission my entire life and had to work for every Sale to get a paycheck. Also if someone did not want to deal with me in my company it went to someone else. If anyone is in Sales they would understand. Not to mention if I was told that my customer could possibly go to another competitor of mine I would be all over it. We went back and forth in emails and asked Brian for his Managerās number and he would NOT give it to us. He told us never to contact him or Joselyn again. Such childish behavior! I have never in my life dealt with a phone store like that. They couldnāt care less if you go somewhere else. Worst experience we ever had. If I was the owner of this storeā¦I would seriously be concerned! Also if Management would like to read how their employee Brian told us never to contact them again we can provide that. We have no problem sharing the correspondence between us as I am sure he will lie about...

I made an appointment on line stating I had questions about my account and services.. drove there to be told I should call custmer service.. and if I wanted to save money on my plans I could get rid of insurance umm.. š Im not sure what changed but I use to go in with an appointment and get actual help. Then even though I had an appointment someone who the clerk knew walked in and we got the bums rush so he could help them. Very disappointing.. calling verizon customer service never works for me as I cant understand most with their accent.. sounds like it may be time to change carriers after almost 25yrs

After getting back to the United States I went to a Verizon dealer (won't say which one specific). Sales associate did not seem to want to lift a finger to do anything or help me replace my damaged phone. I was in need of a replacement ASAP due to a job in the medical profession.
I ended up at the Verizon Store in East Greenville PA. I walked in and Kristal asked how can I help you. After that the experience was a complete 360 from the prior Verizon associate. Kristal was exceptional. Not only did she provide me with a new phone, she helped me transfer all of my data, and was a pleasure to deal with.
