McDonald's — Restaurant in Upper Southampton Township

Walk in and went to a working kiosk, ordered our breakfast. Couple mins after our order was put in, my coffee was brought out and it taste like it didn’t have Splenda in it. I went up to the counter to ask for extra Splenda. Apparently there was a manger on the phone showing another manager what the song was about. Rewind before the phone all associates looked over at me and saw I was standing there. Five mins later an associate in the back probably the meat cooker about 5”10 shoulder length curly brown hair 210 lbs a little scruffy said “is there a reason why the gentleman standing up there staring at all of us hard” even when I said excuse me 3x’S loud and clear. No acknowledgement nor anything until that associate said something. To fix this is that all associates should be more attentive to the customers and not rely on a robot to do the work. I know now a days kids and ppl wanna be on the phones but it’s not right for the managers to be on the phones. That’s showing failure to properly train and lead new and younger associates. Today was cold so I stopped in McDonalds for a hot chocolate and a hot apple pie to warm me up. It was like 1:30 in the afternoon the drive through was busy inside was not. On entering a lady comes to the front and says what do you want. (not their standard greeting) I ask for a hot apple pie and a hot chocolate. She says you can't get it the machine is broken. I go can't get the pie or the hot chocolate? which is broken. She says the hot chocolate machine is broken I go okay I will take a coffee then we establish a large coffee. Cost is $3.40 I give her a $5 bill she gives me back $1 I look at it and say I though you said it was $3.40 she says exact change only we don't have change. I go okay I didn't notice the sign. She delivers the apple pie and the coffee. I like milk in my coffee I go around the corner where all the soda items are etc. no milk no sugar. I come back to the register she comes out and I say excuse me is there milk and sugar somewhere? She says did you see any? I said no I didn't. She says then we don't have any and walked away. This is the worst McDonald's. It seems no one working here cares at all and it shows. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, but I usually wind up waiting over 10 minutes to receive my order, even if there are literally no other customers. They have installed new touchscreens to "ensure order accuracy" however, literally EVERY time I come here, something is incorrect with my order. I'm not talking a small missing detail either. Today alone, I had ordered a mushroom swiss burger with extra mushrooms and no onion straws from the touchscreen. Instead, I got a burger with a regular amount of onion straws and NO mushrooms, which I paid for extra of. This is not an isolated incident. It's as if no one even bothers to read an order ticket. I then heard the cook inform the cashier that he could remake it with no onions, but they don't have any mushrooms..... for the mushroom and swiss burger on their menu..... which to me implied he just served out with no mushrooms and hoped no one noticed.
