So their lobby hours says their hours says their lobby is open until 9pm (I was there at 8:10-8:15ish) but they keep closing early. I went there and that they were close so I call and ask if it was okay for me to order two drinks bc that’s all I needed and that I don’t have a car and I asked them if u should go thru the drive thru to order the drinks and the girl says no that she will come to the door and let me in bc I’m only getting two drinks. I say okay and waited 15min in the cold and called multiple times. The girl answer the call and acted like she dint speak English which offended me bc I speak Spanish and English and I don’t do that to customers bc is very disrespectful. She also proceed to open a bag and make it seem like there was bad reception mind you I’m seeing all this happening thru their window while still on the phone and then she proceeded to put the phone down and not hang up and talk bad about the person on the phone (me). I love that McDonalds and in always going there and this is the first time I felt uncomfortable and mistreated at this location. She did not have to do all that, she could had just answer the phone and tell me that I was unable to come inside and I would had understood but instead wanted to act like a child and be disrespectful. Read more08/08/2024 and many months prior: Can you PLEASE teach your employees that the egg cheese bagel comes with sauce? I’d prefer not to have to pull back through every time and show you your own menu EVERY time. If you own and operate a business hopefully you also monitor your Google reviews and make changes accordingly.
2/25/2024 to the employee on drive thru window 1 at 8:45am, I ain’t your “honey”. Please ask employees not to call customers by pet names. Just because a female merely exists doesn’t mean she’s there to be called whatever employees please.
Also they didn’t follow special instructions and they put bacon on sandwich when ordered with no bacon. There were barely any customers around and they weren’t busy when this error happened.
Other remarks: their drive thru lane is very narrow and not much room to navigate and people hit their tires on the sides of the curb frequently. Also the yellow poles along drive thru are wobbling in the wind which seems like a safety hazard.

Read moreI've had issues with their lobby being closed, but when I tried calling them about it, they're very reasonable about it. Sometimes they don't have enough people to have the lobby open, so if you put in a mobile order, you have to call them to let you know you're outside to pick it up. Or use curbside pickup. Even when I'm standing in the rain waiting for my order, they'll hand it to me through curbside pickup.
It would be nice if they could keep the door open, but you know people would ignore the sign that says "We aren't taking walk-up orders" and try to walk up order anyways.
The food is what you'd expect from McDonald's. It's good value, and they do their best, but it's still made by understaffed, sometimes overworked employees in the middle of a pandemic, so don't expect hand-crafted culinary works of art for 10 bucks.
My biggest complaint would be the hardest to fix, which is the drive through road. It's bumpy, and the part you drive out of has a big dip that sometimes makes my the front of my car hit the road. I try to avoid the drive through when I can, but maybe a better driver than I can get...
