Subway — Restaurant in Urbana

We detoured through Urbana to avoid some construction on I-57 and decided that we would stop for lunch while we were off the highway. Thanks to Google Maps it was easy to route ourselves through town and track down a Subway. The first one we came to was downtown with no convenient parking, so we continued on to the next one. This one was a bit out of the center of town with its own parking lot, so was a convenient place to stop. We had to wait a few minutes to order because the person in front of us was getting a couple of personal pizzas and there was only one person on staff. (It was about 1:30 PM, past the lunch peak.) Once we got our order in our sandwiches were prepared quickly and were the typical Subway quality with lots of ingredients and good flavor. While we were there a line of several people developed and a second person came on staff, but some of the people had a bit of a wait. The store interior was fairly ordinary but clean and the counter staff was competent and efficient although not very outgoing, sort of leaving me with the impression we were just part of an assembly...

Walking into subway , my sever was not wearing a mask & seemed to have a bad attitude. I wanted to order the new Buffalo Chicken, but she discouraged me from it. I settled for the footlong turkey breakfast sandwich, in my opinion was mediocre. There were no onions&pepper jack cheese available. Making my sandwich, the server was nonchalant about making my sandwich, I asked for extra dressing , she proceeded to just give me a little more, with an attitude. I ordered two double chocolate chip cookies. Judging by the taste and texture of the cookies. They were way past there prime. My overall experience at this Subway location was terrible giving it...

Horrible experience. I walked in and order two salads one for a coworker and one for myself. I was paying separately for each item. I had two bag because the employee had place the salads in individuals bags. An employee who was not involved in ringing up the order said are you going to pay for the other salad. You have two bags. I was rather taken back by the situation and having it implied that I was not going to pay for a salad. Really Horrible Customer Service. Please Do No go to this Subway. Needless to say I also ordered an Oatmeal Raisin Cookie. When I got back to my office the cookie was not...
