We called Timpone’s on Tuesday to ask for reservations that Friday for around 20 people for a short wedding ceremony and dinner. The manager was accommodating and said we may need to share the space but he was sure he could make it work, even with the short notice. The restaurant made adjustments to allow our group private space in the Tuscany room. We had two staff with us only and they were phenomenal and patient. We ended up with an amazing, romantic atmosphere for our small intimate wedding with our closest friends. Timpone’s served the food as they would with any table and the presentation, timing, quality, and portions were perfect. Many of our guests were blown away with the restaurant. Our staff were so helpful and on top of things. They were extra nice in letting us hang out a little later than they are normally open with smiles on their faces. Timpone’s isn’t a place that traditionally handles a wedding, but they handled ours like pros. We highly recommend them as the food and service are top notch.

Dining at Timpone’s restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere with friendly service, which makes for an inviting experience. However, when it comes to the food, it falls short of expectations, especially considering the higher prices. We started with the Pesto Chicken pizza, which was the highlight of the meal. It was well-executed with a flavorful pesto and tender chicken, making it a solid choice. Unfortunately, the Spinach Tagliatelle didn’t live up to the same standard. It lacked flavor and spice, leaving the dish feeling rather flat and unseasoned. Dessert brought a bit of redemption with the Cherry-White Chocolate Cheesecake, which was a delicious combination of cherry & chocolate . However, the accompanying cherry sauce had a bitter aftertaste, which somewhat detracted from the sweetness of the dessert. Overall, while the service and ambiance were commendable, the food didn’t justify the higher price point. Timpone’s shows potential, but there’s room for improvement in flavor and consistency.

This restaurant was recommended and it was our first time attending but we won't be back. I took the servers recommendation on a sweet drink and got a cactus Martini that was truly awful. I didn't drink it and it was so sour and bitter and the furthest thing from sweet. My husband ordered the funghi Pizza and he ate one piece and did not box it up to take it home. Our friends tried the pizza as well and it was not good. I had cheese ravioli that was average. Our server started out really well but then became more concerned with the four drunk golfers in the corner I assume because of a really good tip in her future. As a server I would have at least asked about my full drink that I never drank and I would have asked about the pizza that was untouched as well. We ordered bread which cost you money which is kind of strange for an Italian place. We just don't need to go back. Super disappointing.

Very disappointing! The decor is drab and overall atmosphere not very inviting. This was heightened by an unfriendly and unhelpful waitress. The restaurant was out of nearly everything on a Saturday night and the waitress did nothing about it and didn’t seem to care. The wine was sold out, the appetizer I ordered, as well as 4 entree choices. The excuse was “we didn’t order enough food and we are closed tomorrow.” The waitress could not describe the remaining dishes or what was in them. (I didn’t want to get an appetizer with the same greens as my entree, so I asked about this - it ended up being overkill which is what I was trying to avoid.) I also thought the pasta was a very skimpy amount for a $23 entree. Pasta is cheap - fill the bowl! I would think management would’ve instructed staff to comp a glass of wine or a dessert when half the menu was unavailable but nothing was offered. Not even an apology or “what can I do to make it up to you.” Very poor customer service. I would normally give a place a second chance if the food was exceptional or the staff friendly or helpful but neither was worth a second chance. It seemed like they didn’t want us to return. So, for $100+ dinner and only a half bowl of...

I was excited to visit the restaurant with my family when I was in town for the holiday. The last time I was there, I got the veggie pizza with goat cheese- and I decided to get this again on this visit. We arrived at 4:45 (and attempted to call for reservations that afternoon but the restaurant wasn’t open). Upon arrival, there were 3 staff members looking over the specials menu. No one greeted us or said anything to us. We had to ask them if we should talk to someone about being seated at the door or go upstairs- that was when someone decided to speak to us. We get upstairs for a table for 3 and when asked if we had a reservation, the answer was no and the staff member acted like we were an inconvenience with no reservation. Note- we were the only people up there. Our server was short with us and must have been having a rough day. We ordered 2 pizzas, 2 chocolate martinis and the butternut squash ravioli- all were good but the martinis were lacking. The ambiance is quiet and relaxing and upscale. Food was good but based on the service and attitude of the staff, I don’t think they will be my first choice the next time...
