B-Bop's — Restaurant in Urbandale

I'm only giving this five stars because every thing about this stop was wrong. From pulling up for first time experience and hungry. But ask for a suggestion about the menu and respond with an attitude, well what I would think was. I said what I wanted and had to be asked three time after what I wanted to drink. Well if you don't carry coke products tell me first time not ask. But once again maybe it was already me getting choked. Well finally made eye contact and window sure didnt want nothing more to do with me. And I was hoping it would be free. One could dream. But I paid price was alright. And everything was there but best part was her face with a tip and I know it ain't much. But I also know. When someone i want out of my face turns around and smiles and wishes me a nice day. Well I hope she enjoys the rest of hers. So once again. Either I'm hungry or maybe someone just sounds different on the other end of the line. Food well you get what you get. Can say it's nothing to write home about. But end of the day food was hot service was quick. And It is what it was. Will I go back sure....

This experience on Sunday was much better than the experience I had last week. Teri the manager had left a gift card for me in an envelope upon my arrival in which she didn't have to do that but I greatly appreciate her... I forgot the young man's name that was working the passenger drive up window Sunday about 4ish cause he was very nice and helpful. I really think that Joe the shift manager needs more customer service training and needs to know that walking away from a customer when asking a question isn't showing positivity amongst BBops employees. 2nd time around for us.... We just can't seem to get a good experience with this location in the evening hours, now the morning crew do an awesome job. Ordered a BLT with Mayo on the side and extra bacon, and I received extra mayo with 2 pieces of bacon. Very disturbing especially when you explain yourself 3 times and they repeat it back and...

This is the burger I would die a thousand deaths for. The feeling I experienced upon sinking my teeth into a double 1/4 cheeseburger for the first time is akin to the feeling I had when my ex-wife Geritrude called me and apologized for being such a conniving wench all these years, and said that it's time we raise our kids together. Likewise, the feeling of taking that second bite is akin to hanging up the phone, never to talk to that hag ever again. Eating at B-Bop's stirs within me intoxicating euphoria. It makes me feel so strong, so triumphant, so ALIVE. I love you, B-Bop's, more than I'll ever love any woman.

Every sandwich on the menu is perfectly delicious, leaving the customer to choose whatever they believe might suit their pallete with satisfaction guaranteed. I would vehemently recommend that you avoid any other burger joint and head to B-Bop's...
